I found this hotel by pure happenstance after getting stranded in Denver airport for like 16 hours due to a blizzard in 2018. I couldn't have been happier with my entire experience. I was unable to get my luggage prior to leaving the airport for the night and the front desk was kind enough to provide me with toiletries. They were extremely kind and inviting. The bar attached to the hotel was a welcomed escape after a long stressful day. If I ever make my way back to Denver, I will only consider The Oxford.

Had a great time here with my lady! The staff was excellent and it's walking distance to many things including great resturants.Noteworthy details: This is a historic hotel and one of the oldest bars in denver.

This was a cool hotel. Historic for sure and love the check in desk where they have all of the keys (yes, still use keys!) Hanging behind them. Reason for the 4 star is that the TV didn't have any signal and some phantom light switches. Cool place though and great location by Union Station.

Beautiful hotel! We had great service. We had added Christmas decorations and hot cocoa bombs to our room. The room we were supposed to be given was not up to snuff, so they switched our room and weren't able to decorate. They were really nice about it and gave us a great discount to make up for it. It wasn't a huge deal that it wasn't decorated, but I appreciated that they went the extra mile to make it right!Great location, beautiful old building (with modern amenities), and excellent service!

A very beautiful place and I advise everyone to go to it. Even better than this was the treatment by those in charge of this building. There is a girl who works at the reception desk. She is very wonderful and she was very cooperative and I am happy to deal with her. I advise everyone to go there.

The Oxford is a lovely historic hotel in the LoDo district. However, the location is a blessing and a curse because this area of Denver is very undesirable in the evening… constant traffic beginning at about 10pm until 2am.If staying here, you should be prepared for heavy traffic, loud music that rattles the windows, drunken arguments and possibly even a fist fight… like the one I witnessed from my $330/nt room that, according to the local news, resulted in a shooting death a few blocks away! Policing in Denver is a joke these days, and while that’s not the hotel’s responsibility, I didn’t notice any security at the property either. In an unfortunate twist of irony, The Oxford Hotel seems doomed to succumb to the problems in the neighborhood which it anchors, and still promotes its location as a feature of the property.

We come here often to do hair and makeup on guests attending conventions or special events. The rooms are roomy and well-lit, and the staff is always there to make things easy for us.It's always a 5-star experience!

We will be staying there on New Years Eve thanks to our Son. We have had the luxury of dinner at the Urban Farmer which is Superb. This is a central part of Denver's history and future.

This place is amazing, and one of the best hotels I've had the privilege of staying in. The hotel is clean, beautiful, and in an excellent location. The rich history of this hotel only adds to its charm. The beds were comfortable, and the amenities were amazing. Free breakfast, great discounts at their restaurant, and free water in the room were all very much appreciated. The real gem of this place though is their staff. Regan and Natalya are so friendly and so helpful! They made my stay wonderful. They're the reason the Oxford will be my first choice on my next trip to Denver!

I went to the Oxford Hotel last weekend for a wedding! I had an amazing stay with my best friends from out of town! The hotel had beautiful old artifacts and architecture! The hotel employees were so kind!! The bedroom I stayed in was comfortable and the bed was huge! The rooms that the wedding and reception were held in were very nice! I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay at the oldest hotel in Denver!!! The only thing I did not get to see was The Cruise Room. I would love to go into that bar next time! Thanks for the lovely stay!
