Visting Denver from out of town, I stopped by here on a coworker's recommendation. Boy he was not wrong!
The Dunkel was delicious, and the Adult Mac & Cheese with a Smoked Sausage was fantastic. The crisped parmigian topping the Mac & Cheese was WOW!
Wait staff was prompt and friendly, and checked on me just the right amount.
Some of the best German bier in the world is made here, 💝 BUT I will say that the stunts that the wait staff pulls by demanding 20%+ tips is WRONG on so many levels, it's theft.

Bierstadt Lagerhaus provides a stylish atmosphere with great vibes and multiple convenient ordering options. The beer selection is fantastic, featuring German lagers such as Helles, Pilsner, Dunkel, and Oktoberfest. The Slow Pour Pils is especially popular. The service is excellent, and the pretzel with cheese is a must-try, known for its generous portion size and fluffy, smooth dough. While bar service is quick, using the QR code for online orders may not always be ideal, as staff are available to take orders in person.

There are plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces to hang out, with fun games like corn hole, beer pong, and giant Jenga. Visiting with a big group is best if arriving early, as it can get quite busy. Overall, Bierstadt Lagerhaus is a great place with hardworking staff, delicious food, and a wide variety of drinks.
