My friend and I came in to celebrate my birthday. I wanted a treat, but also not to derail my nutritional plan at the same time.Melissa was our bartender, and she was truly *exceptional* in every way! She took the time to walk us through the entire menu, really hearing and understanding my special dietary needs. This is not your average menu knowledge! Melissa was so kind and patient, she seemed actually excited to help me find what I could enjoy within my parameters. I'm honestly really impressed with how enthusiastic she was to take care of me and my friend.I ended up with the OG Burger and Pink Lime Pie for dessert. (Both seriously delicious!)Thank you so much True Food for having such amazing mindful menu items, and even more for having such lovely staff. I feel pampered and am really excited to come back again!

The service and atmosphere is great, but I won't be able to return here any time soon. This was my favorite restaurant until I recently discovered that they use canola oil in all their GF bread options (pizza & pita bread), which I've read is the worst form of oil. It no longer feels worth going here until they can provide safe GF options.Vegetarian options: They have good vegetarian options.Dietary restrictions: As someone following a vegan, gluten-free diet, this place does not provide enough options, as their GF options are not healthy due to the oil, as mentioned in the review above.

I keep forgetting to post how yummy this place is. It's my favorite place to go with my adult daughter. Everything I've had is delicious. I tried their version of huevos ranchero, soo good, and can't wait to get it again after I've tried everything else!Vegetarian options: Great menu for all!Parking: It's just a city thang, it sucks!

Steak on my salad was under cooked and rather chewy. My guest and I both got a little choked up.Parking: Neat place, a little noisy.

What an amazing experience. We sat at the bar and had snacks and drinks. The drinks were fresh and well balanced, the snacks were filling and flavorful. Our bar tender Helena was so knowledgeable on the drinks and food alike. Will return

Been eating here for years. The new menu seemed exciting at first but my vegan burger was very crunchy around the edges like toast and idk I expect burgers to be soft. No beet flavor or color at all. They replaced the little soft sweet potatoes with big chunky white ones that were a bit undercooked. The side kale salad was changed completely, I liked the old version better. Bf asked them to split his side 1/2 salad 1/2 potato like they’ve done in the past and the server said he could but when the bill came he was charged full price for an additional side. Prices went up but the quality of the dishes wasn’t what is expected.

True Food used to be a great, healthy option in the heart of Cherry Creek that was reasonably priced, too. The last few times I’ve went, I was very disappointed.Last night, the service was lackluster bordering on terrible. We ran out of water 2-3 times. The food presentation for the appetizer was haphazardly slapped on the plate. My friend’s chicken sandwich and my pizza arrived cold.I would have chalked it up to an off-night, but the establishment has consistently went downhill since the last year. I would recommend the many other choices Cherry Creek provides. You’re no longer missing much when you skip over True Food.

The food was delicious ?! Rather expensive but worth it! Good service, but she got a little frustrated with us. But it was our 1st time there, and we didn't know what to expect.

$4 to add 2 slices of avocado. The food here is ok, but that gives you an idea of the level of overpriced. $80 for brunch for 2 with only 1 cocktail between us.

Jenna Minner is hands down the rudest manager I have ever met in my life. I’ve seen her treat staff in awful ways. She called me derogatory hateful names when I messed up. She was abusive. She practices poor hygiene, often had bad breath and smelled very off putting. Literally just an awful person and makes you wonder about true foods corporate values. Corporate management from True Food needs to investigate this and ask staff if they like working for her. And then fire her pretty much.
