I live only a few blocks from this location. On several occasions the woman working the drive thru is extremely frazzled and looks distressed. I've never been rude or impatient. I don't complain when asked to pull forward and wait 10 minutes. I use my rewards app Everytime I'm here and now more than once they're charging my card without properly scanning the QR code so my card is charged without the discounts I've loaded to my rewards. When trying to discuss with this woman she offered no remedy and was very short with me. I didn't even get credit for paying for the order in full. Wendy's has the worst app and rewards process and now I'm sure it irritates your employees so now I get to deal with the fact they hate their job. I just wanted to use the offer you gave me. Maybe you need to give the drive thru people breaks and remind them if they are scanning rewards a discount should show before you go running my card. I'm not coming back here personally because of the treatment I have received and the fact your app sucks.

I was the only customer and they still forgot my two ten piece nuggets in the drive through. I’ve worked in fast food for years. It’s not that hard. Figure it out.

I was violently ill after eating breakfast from here. Be careful or avoid!

I'm sitting here trying to enjoy my lunch when you have an employee on his break watching videos and with no headphones. It's really rude and I will not be back. No one wants to come in and hear an employees

Horrible place. The money lost at this establishment must be mind-boggling. People waiting 20+ mins for food. No one knows what's going on. This should be the first fully automated Wendy's. IMO.

Last night, I was with my family because we were going to see a show next door.People walking out of the restaurant were saying something about a homeless guy.My family went inside and there was, in fact, a homeless man. Trying to gather his money to make an order. All he wanted was a burger. I told the man to order whatever he wanted and that we would get it for him. I am a firm believer in the power of kindness. It cost us maybe 10 bucks. He tried to give us his money. He kept saying we didn't have to and we kept saying we wanted to.The cashier seemed annoyed and then a manager, wearing earbuds, unapologetically walked out from the back and told the old man to leave (we just got him food he was now a paying customer). He wasn't bothering anybody. He wasn't asking anyone for my money or food. Just didn't "look good" being in the store. Now, I'm not ignorant. I know homelessness is a problem in Denver, but there needs to be some level of humanity shown to people who are experiencing homelessness. Nobody wants to be hungry, cold, thirsty, etc..We got the man food, he had tears in his eyes. I imagine many people just saw him and judged him. He was kind and nice to my family before we even offered to get him food.To the manager that was working around 7pm on 2/10/24 I hope you never experience the hate and disgust you showed that man. I hope you learn to respect people and treat them with kindness, no matter where they are at in life.

My recent experience at Wendy's left me with a sour taste, and unfortunately, it wasn't just the food. The staff's demeanor played a significant role in dampening what should have been a straightforward dining encounter. From the moment I entered, the atmosphere felt cold, and the disinterested glances from the employees only intensified that perception. The first red flag was the lackluster service. The staff seemed indifferent and unengaged, treating customer interactions as mere transactions rather than opportunities to enhance the overall experience. It was disheartening to witness a lack of enthusiasm, which undoubtedly impacted the overall ambiance. As I placed my order, the indifference persisted. The staff members lacked the friendly, welcoming demeanor that is expected in customer service. It felt like I was inconveniencing them by simply being there, a sentiment that echoed through the entire process from ordering to receiving my meal. The speed of service did little to redeem the experience. Despite the apparent lack of other customers, my order took longer than expected. The staff, seemingly preoccupied with tasks unrelated to customer service, added to the sense of neglect. Moreover, the cleanliness of the establishment left much to be desired. Tables were haphazardly wiped, and the overall tidiness of the dining area was questionable. It contributed to an overall perception of neglect that extended beyond just the staff's attitude. While Wendy's is known for its fast-food offerings, the lack of warmth and engagement from the staff overshadowed any positive aspects of the meal. It's disheartening when a dining experience is marred not only by the quality of the service but also by the palpable lack of interest from the staff. It's a reminder that even in a fast-food setting, customer service plays a pivotal role in shaping the overall perception of a brand. Unfortunately, my recent encounter with Wendy's left much to be desired on that front.

The problem with this Wendy's is just location. Next to a bunch of night clubs on Colfax, it not only feels unsafe with people roaming around the parking lots, and hanging around the dining room, which just creates chaos for the workers so they have an attitude while trying to do their job. We pulled up to the drive thru, the person taking out order refused to separate the check for two orders, was very adamant for us to come inside if we wanted to separate the order, I'm not sure what the difference is but ok, we decided to use one card and figure it out amongst us because as I mentioned there were people all over this place and no wanted to deal with that, the order taker was distracted obviously as he took our order, so the result was a mixture of burgers that were wrong and not the correct amount of drinks, no straws or spoons for a frosty that was ordered, we were asked to pull up and waited over 15 mins for our order as people walked past and all around our car as we sat there wondering if any of the homeless people there were thinking about robbing us, all to get most of the order wrong and not prepared very well. Messy thrown together half wrapped burgers that seemed half of them may have been old. Would not recommend this Wendy's, especially on a Saturday night when the people in the dining room are catering to there night life friends and don't have the time or patience to deal with the regular public coming through the drive through.
