“Being a diabetic in this small mountain town doesn't leave me with much options, that's why I'm so excited to have found this place with great food, good prices, and every time I eat there I feel like a million bucks. Thanks Scooters ?“

“It’s great to have gluten free options in the mountains! The gluten free bread actually stays together when you eat your sandwich and it’s not significantly smaller than their regular bread. I’ve eaten here multiple times and I haven’t gotten sick - would definitely recommend!“

“Super friendly staff and the best BBQ in Colorado. Nice selection of beers on tap. I highly recommend the all-you-can-eat rib special every Monday. A great way to start your trip into the mountainsEdit: they no longer offer all you can eat ribs in Mondays but the food and staff are still amazing.“

“Ended up going here after waiting for someone to greet us at the front of 511 rose. Great staff and friendly local crowd. Stopped by on New Year's Eve and the beer tender was able to help out a full room. The personality of the hot dog water tshirts/shots and meeting Mayor Parker added to the fun of this brewery.“
“Best shop in the springs, wide variety of tea and spices. The lady running it has such a high level of knowledge and is so sweet. Got a variety pack and tried out the banana nut muffin tea. The spice selection is incomparable. They have cooking spice blends that will make you want to start cooking! Delicious and appetizing.“

“We are truly blown away by the hospitality of Pho Bay. We drove in after they had already closed for the day , but the owner saw us in the parking lot and told us he would still make dinner for us! ( LIFE SAVED. we were absolutely starving). He opened the seating area for us and we were able to eat the largest bowl of P18 Pho. It not only was served quickly , it was absolutely delicious. balanced flavors, perfect broth. Thank you again for the outstanding meal!“

“Small grub spot on the side of the road off of I-70 towards Winter Park, great spot to stop and grab food after skiing, but not a lot of places to sit (both inside and out) and limited parking.Kid-friendliness: Good options for groups with kids“

“So glad we decided to grab lunch in Idaho Springs and stop here specifically. My girlfriend has Celiac disease, so we're always looking for gluten free spots, and they have plenty of options for her. To top it off, our server Connor was absolutely awesome. His recs were on point, and he provided us with excellent service. We will definitely stop through here again between ski resorts and Denver again soon!“

“DO NOT PASS ON THIS PLACE. I was driving back from an early morning ski day in arapahoe basin, and stoped to grab a breakfast burrito at 2:00 PM. I seriously could not have possibly been more pleased, and highly recommend to other pre/post ski travelers on I-70! kind staff, great/cozy atmosphere, and let me say, the green chilli breakfast burrito GOES SO HARD. 10/10 experience, wildly cheap food, GENEROUS portions. Can’t speak highly enough of this place.“

“After a day exploring Georgetown, my mom and I decided to check out Cooper’s on the Creek, as it was across the street from our hotel.Oh. My. Goodness.Everything we ordered was just cram packed with flavor. We started with the Buffalo Chicken Dip, which did not last long at all. The crostini’s and veggies complimented the dip well, and we were soon scraping the skillet for what little remained.Next were our entree's, I ordered the Braised Bison Short Ribs, and my mom got the Bacon Wrapped Filet Mignon. The ribs were so unbelievably tender, they fell off the bone at the slightest touch, and simply melted in your mouth. The flavor was incredible, making each bite better than the last. The potatoes the ribs were served in were delicious as well, very well season, and complimented the ribs perfectly. I sampled Mom’s filet as well. The cook was spot on (medium rare), and the flavor was also phenomenal. I could tell it was made on a charcoal grill, and the sear was flawless. We finished with an order of Truffle Fries, and both of us were completely blown away by how delicious the fries were, never mind the mind blowing Black Garlic dipping sauce they included with it. We disposed of those in a matter of minutes, and were left licking our fingers at how tasty it was.Our drinks were the perfect compliment to the meal - I started with a Peach Sweet Tea, mom a Mai Thai. After trying hers, I ordered a Mai Thai as well - very tasty, not too sweet, and the flavors complimented each other very well. The service was friendly and attentive, ensuring our water never ran out and guaranteed we didn’t want for anything during our meal. The atmosphere was friendly and quaint, and the prices were modest considering how delicious everything was, I certainly expected to spend more than $75 a person.I can honestly say this is one of if not thee best dining experience I’ve ever had, and I cannot recommend Cooper’s on the Creek enough! If you find yourself in town, don’t deprive yourself of this experience!“

“Stopped here on way back from boarding at Loveland and see Idaho Springs bringing back their main street with some cool places. We were starving and I got to enjoy an IPA since I wasn't driving. Solid beer. For food, I would recommend the Beer Battered Fish & Chips with Atlantic Cod Fillets, Handcrafted TKB-Beer Batter, French Fries, TKB Slaw, Lemon and Tartar Sauce. There was plenty to share with the two others. The service was a little slow, but that was alright being on mountain time.“
“Stopped here for a bite following a day up in the mountains. We appreciated that they offered smaller pours of their brews in addition to the recs for their sandwiches. I had the fried tofu sandwich and it had lots of flavor. Definitely would come back for the fries!“
“I was staying in Georgetown on a climbing trip to Gray's Peak when I discovered Cabin Creek Brewing and Restaurant not far from where I was staying. I was completely blown away by how good the food, beer and live music was. This place was happening! I had the smoked elk brautwurst with sauerkraut TWO NIGHT IN A ROW (it was so good), along with an IPA that was about the best beer I've had. A band called Blue River Grass was playing - and they were amazing too. The service here was friendly and the mountain-sports television channel really captures the spirit of the Colorado outdoors lifestyle. If you're passing through Georgetown you MUST try this place. I loved everything about it.“

“Just did a morning advanced rafting trip with Christian as our guide and Colin as our safety kayak. We had a blast! They both gave us a lot of instructions and evidently they did a great job because we survived! The trip was so much more of a thrill than I had anticipated! Thanks guys for a memorable experience!“
