“First off, if you haven't had Dominoes since the early 2000s, it's not the same as it was. The food is fantastic. I love the sandwich and pasta options. And it's still super fast. Today I ordered a pizza, salad, and some chicken. The Salad was brown and slimy. Everything else was great. I called to get a credit for my salad and, unbeknownst to me, I got the new regional manager. She was AWESOME. So awesome I almost ate the salad and loved it haha. They went above and beyond to rectify the situation. I wouldn't hesitate to order from this store again. Thanks Dominos!!“
“Any high volume pizza joint is going to have an issue here or there. 10 years living here and this particular branch has always taken care of me. Prompt and respectful staff, clean establishment, and they truly go above and beyond. I had a minor issue with my order, and on top of everything else the manager did in response, what really stuck with me after thanking them for remaking the pie, was him saying “thank you for giving us the opportunity to make it right.” The effort these guys put in is not something you see everywhere. 10/10 for customer service.“
“Everything we ordered was excellent: pizza, calzone, cheese sticks, and cookies. The staff were great and very friendly. Decent selection of beers and locally made soft drink on tap, particularly for a small sized pizza shop. Absolutely recommend.“
