John is such an awesome owner, I’ve been in only once or twice so far, yet he remembered who I was and what I did for work. Just told him to make me something sweet and I got a pretty great drink. ☕️

Great lil coffee shop with friendly service. This tiny place is tucked inside the bank. However, you can order at the outside window should the bank not be accessible. Refreshing brew selections and some tasty treats as well.

The best Dirty Chai latte in Colorado. I love a good "Dirty Chai" (chai latte with a shot of espresso- all the deliciousness of chai with all the caffeine you need from the espresso). Most places use Oregon chai or some other mix which just doesn't cut it. The owner, Jon, of Crossroads took it to another level- as I took a sip, I thought, "This is no ordinary Chai! ". It was nuanced and not too sweet and was way more than I expected at this little shop tucked in the corner of a lobby. I asked what blend he used and when he said Oregon Chai I said, "But this is better!" Thats when he shared his mad scientist recipe where he adds an additional 5 layers of flavor. And now you know- this is no ordinary corner coffee shop. Jon has an attention to detail and thoughtfulness that brings the food and service to another level. Do yourself a flavor and stop in for some sunshine.

My son who is an 8yr old thriving artist love coffee! We found this quaint little shop and he was able to design a rooster on his mocha. My son was so happy. Amazing service! Thank you for everything!

This little shop is in a bank lobby, but also has a service window on Main. Extra tasty coffee and friendly smile! Low prices too!

This place doesn't even deserve the one star Google forced me to select. I went in here to get a cup of coffee this morning and asked for a little more room for some extra cream. Told the lady she could just put the cream in a little cup on the side if that would work to which she nastily responded "NO, not unless you want to pay for an extra cup". After she poured my coffee and left room for not much more than a tablespoon of cream I asked if she could add a little more cream. In a very nasty and rude manner she told me "if you want more cream you have to pay extra. Cream costs more than coffee". The experience was absolutely horrible and whomever that was behind the counter needs some serious lessons in hospitality. I told her to keep her cup of coffee and left. Too bad her attitude cost her the price of the cup she was complaining about. Save yourself some time and walk across the street to 11th Street Station for a GREAT cup of coffee and friendly service. The guy at the counter said to take all the cream I wanted and that it would be ridiculous of him to charge me for it. Don't do business here if you can possibly avoid it.

Decent coffee shop to stop in on. The prices are reasonable, and the flavors are good if you aren't going for a simple coffee. The batista was lovely too. Bonus points for being dog friendly and having treats!

I love this coffee shop! Very friendly atmosphere and great service. I stop by quite a lot and I have tried so many of their menu items. My dog also gets a treat from them when we are there. I usually get a chai and Asiago bagel with veggie cream cheese. The veggie cream cheese is the BEST!! They also have an assortment of other pastries and bags of coffee from Fahrenheit Coffee Roasters. I got a bag the other day for myself and Jessie let me sample some she had brewing. It was so good! I plan on buying some more for Christmas gifts.

Crossroads Coffee is one of my favorite spots for a pick-me-up in Durango, CO! The coffee is locally roasted and the staff are super friendly. If covid-safe environments are important to you, this is your place for a cup of joe or a snack. The shop has a convenient Main St. side order and pick up window, so you can enjoy the beauty of downtown while you wait. If you prefer, you don't have to enter the building. My favorite drink is their dirty chai. The chai is not too sweet and the staff always make sure my drink is exactly how I like it! If you enter the shop, make sure to check out the trivia of the day for some laughs and throw-backs. When many coffee shops in Durango have closed over the years, I love Crossroads because it has that "old Durango," feel! Check them out!
