The best bar in Durango. Accessible via Lift 1 or other trails at Purg. The staff here rock and the 360 views of the surrounding mountains are unparalleled. Great spot to post up for a couple of beers after shredding on the mountain. Bring a framed photo of yourself and your buds and you can hang it on the wall or ceiling.
Extremely rude server. Don't know his name but long hair older gentleman from Arizona. Unprofessional and put out by our large group. Reservation wasn't ready, waited forever for food. He was put out by having to serve us and rushed us often taking our dishes without consent and handling our silverware and glasses when asked not to. We ate 2 nights and his attitude and demeanor were the same.

Food very marginal, ambiance they isn't any, expensive for lack of food, ambiance, and they were out of one of the sides that made up my tasteless Mojo chicken dish. We asked for 2 hot teas and they were barely warm, when asked if they could microwave them, we were told there wasn't a microwave. Waiter managed to "find" one to reheat hot water for teas Waiter tried hard but couldn't make up for the whole mess called Purgy's. Never ever again
