Texans will find the BBQ acceptable at best however forget the BBQ and head for the fried catfish along with the fresh tartar sauce. I found it better than any catfish I’ve found in the Lone star state. Also the home made banana pudding was great.

My wife and I had our wedding dinner catered through Moe’s BBQ in Eagle CO in July of 2023. The team at Moe’s was exceptionally easy to work with and communicated with us diligently. The food was prepared on time and they worked with us to coordinate pickup. Our wedding guests especially loved the pulled pork and the mac and cheese. We highly recommend Moe’s BBQ catering for any large gatherings you may have. Thanks again!
Always love this place but they put a Juicy IPA on tap. Thanks Emily! Love this! Also the food is so delicious. Especially the pulled pork and wings!

Not just BBQ, but a good variety of American Southern food you crave. Fried catfish, shrimp po-boy, ribs, and occasionally hot links, rib tips, or burnt ends of brisket that I wish they had more often. A rotating selection of special sides sometimes includes Gumbo, Pork Green Chili, Red Beans and Rice, Boudin Balls, and Jambalaya that you need to buy a whole pint of it's so good.Kid-friendliness: They have a kid's table in one corner with a TV always tuned to Nickelodeon.
The pulled pork was good, a little light on the sauce, regular bread. I also got the wings and they were undercooked and oily as well as the Mac and cheese. Friendly atmosphere, tvs to catch a game and a beer. But I will skip in the future.

They are one of the few places that sell collard greens as a side. Their pulled pork is excellent!
