Not a well ran subway. Only person in the restaurant and yet 20 min wait as they make web orders. The lady behind the counter was just rude. She got upset with me because I didn’t know anything that they were out of lettuce?
Ordered online at 445 for 530 pickup. As my husband was standing inline gets a text saying order cancelled. When asked why it’s because they’re closing. In 45 mins you couldn’t make 2 sandwiches before you decided to close!

Waited 10 minutes to be told they were out of turkey. Lady said they shorted her order... crazy how they were out of most vegetables, too. The lady behind the counter seemed to enjoy telling everyone she was out of everything, nothing but smiles from her as she relayed this info. Maybe a sign on the door telling everyone you dropped the ball instead of making them wait for 10 minutes to tell them.
