Chuck E. Cheese is a place where kids can have an amazing time, especially if they love Chucky. The staff is caring and sweet, going out of their way to make sure everyone has a great experience. While some miss the old Chuck walking around, the grandkids still love it. However, there were concerns about hygiene when one customer saw an employee handling food without gloves. Hopefully, the restaurant addresses these issues to maintain a clean environment for all visitors.
