Edit: I want to start by saying corporate fixed everything were easy to work with and will be dealing with the manager who was presented as the district manager. The actual district manager is Ryan and a super nice guy. We will be going to the lone tree location till the sort out what happened at englewood.Last year did my twins bday party and was great and was excited to go there again this year. I tried to order food using the Q code that is on the table but they do not have a table number. I spoke to the manager and she answered in a despotic manner, without giving a reasonable solution.

I love going to chuck. E cheese the games, the pizza, and the service is amazing but I do want to tell somethingI have never seen any chuck. E cheese animatronics in my life and I would apreciate if you guys can atleast bring back the animatronics pls .
