The add-on service charge (aka resort fee) of ~ $47 for buffet for 2 was a surprise. With such a high price point (for what is admittedly is a high caliber of Easter buffet food - especially all the fresh seafood), that extra charge seems ridiculous especially when customers obviously want to tip the wait staff directly. Besides that, the food was exquisite + the buffet staff & waiters were wonderful and ensured everyone had a great time.
Outstanding service, food and ambience. The manager, Liza England is just a wonderful person and very well organized and welcoming. We know she has been promoted to another position at another Hilton. We will sorely miss her.

Excellent Easter Sunday Brunch! Great service, live background music, outdoors setting for pictures. There were no cheeses on buffet. Lack of cheese selection was missed. At the price charged, I expect a selection of cheese.
