I wasn’t going to leave a review, but this is the 3rd time I’ve had a bad experience with this location. My sandwich was made horribly, I’m not even sure what this is leaking all in the bag and all over my table. I order this sandwich everytime and have never had this happen? And the time I ordered delivery before this, it was like the driver threw my stuff out of his car. He left it at the end of my drive way and my drink was knocked over. Called the location and they offered me rewards but they didn’t follow up with that.

You have got to be kidding me. My husband ordered us dinner. I didn't think I needed to check if the bread was edible... but take a look at the video. That's how stale and hard this is. Can't eat it. Certainly not going to reorder something. A refund would be nice.

You guys need to all quit! Running a Jimmy Johns is very easy. I did it for years!! You don't follow directions to make sandwhiches properly, your driver is extremely rude and too lazy to get out of the car his mommy bought him, and this is now the 2nd time youve manage to provide a disgusting sandwhich with abismal customer service. There is so much oil on my sandwhich ita leaking out of the wrappping into the bag. No mayo means NO MAYO- do you not understand simple english. No mayo doesnt mean to add 3-4 servings of it!!! Congrats guys! I will never eat at another Jimmy Johns as long as I live. I hope you all are fired.

This is the 3rd order my office has had to cancel after waiting over an hour for our delivery. Today, it’s been an hour and fifteen minutes, I just called and they couldn’t say if I would get my order in the next 15 minutes for a total of an hour and a half to get our food. The refund takes 3-5 business days and we have to re-order from elsewhere or go without lunch. Truly the most frustrating and their slogan used to be “freaky fast.”

Half of the time they put in stuff you specifically ask to be kept out (like tomatoes). Today I went and it took 22 minutes to get my sandwich. Ridiculous and they should give you a heads-up with they’re going to be lollygagging.

Need to change their motto to freaky slow. Order took two hours and food was wrong when it arrived. Placed two comment forms and received no response from anyone. Don't order if you want food delivered in a reasonable amount of time.

It’s been over an hour and still hasn’t even left. I called they said short staffed, the past 4 times we have ordered it’s taken forever and often my sandwich is the original, not the favorite version I pay for.

I usually will order a sandwich online with their app. There's almost never a wait when I go to pick it up, though there have been a couple of times recently where a wait was necessary. But, it's not really the staff's fault when they get that busy. They're all pretty friendly there, too. No complaints, really.

Today I called in to place a pickup order and as I started to order the employee interrupted and said we are not going to deliver to you to which I responded I wasn't wanting it delivered, I was picking it up. He then said either way I am not going to take your order. I asked why and he hung up. I called back to speak to a manager and he replied there is no manager and hung up on me again.

Very bad service. Was told that an online order took priority over me physically standing there to order and that there would be a 90 minute wait. Also was told they were out of French bread when I could see the bread behind the counter. Never will return to this location
