I usually will order a sandwich online with their app. There's almost never a wait when I go to pick it up, though there have been a couple of times recently where a wait was necessary. But, it's not really the staff's fault when they get that busy. They're all pretty friendly there, too. No complaints, really.

Today I called in to place a pickup order and as I started to order the employee interrupted and said we are not going to deliver to you to which I responded I wasn't wanting it delivered, I was picking it up. I don't normally write reviews but with an experience like this I can't help but have to applaud the service. The cashier that greeted me was extremely polite and pleasant and my sandwich came out in less than a minute. Which was very impressive considering that they were moderately busy. A fantastic experience and a good sandwich. Thanks!
