It did not seem like customer service was any kind of a priority at all. No register service at all there was a long line of people who were waiting for service all door dash people were in and out they only payed attention to drive through and on line
This location has gotten worse and worse. It used to be only on occasion that they would forget an item on my oder, but lately it's been multiple items every single visit. The woman who was at the drive-through tonight also made it seem like a big deal to get a receipt. The forgot our 2 drinks and 1 taco and didn't even bother to give us any sauce packets. Time to find a different location.

I balance out my fine dining with the occasional taco hell run. This place used to be an abomination of a restaurant. Often out of everything that was inconvenient to prepare for them. Staff used to be horrible. Must have new management as the last year or so the improvement has been noticed. Very friendly folks, line moves fast, they’re never out of anything ever. For a taco smell this one is pretty good.
