“We’ve always frequented this gem of a coffee shop every time we come to Estes. Despite the Stanley’s attempts at shutting them down in the historic building they were previously located, their new location is very charming and right next to the river walk. The inside of the cafe still captures the magic that they’ve always had, and the coffee and staff are truly exceptional. We will always stop by this place every time we come to Estes Park. It’s not to be missed.“
“Absolutely lovely coffee shop in the heart of Estes Park! The staff is always exceptionally friendly and helpful. They sell many nice postcards, pens, journals, arts and crafts, and gifts. The upstairs seating balcony is so cozy and clean. Most recently, I ordered a breakfast burrito and a latte. The cashier who rang me up brought my food up to me while I was seated in the upstairs balcony. I always notice and appreciate when people go above and beyond when they have no obligation to do so. I very highly recommend supporting this local business!“
“This place is a gem! I visited their tea room on a trip to Estes Park and the afternoon tea was a highlight of my vacation. We tried three types of teas and all were delicious. And those scones? Mouth-watering! The whole experience was great… the service, ambiance, and products were all too-notch. I’m looking forward to visiting again and being home more tea. (I’ve already used up the 2 bags I brought home with me.)“
“A little on the expensive side - $10 for two drinks but maybe that's the new normal. Really enjoyed the 'ring of fire' coffee - a spicy Mexican mocha. Love how bright it is inside, right off the walking path.Had some fun things for sale besides coffee.“
“We were only in Estes Park for 2 days. After a long day of hiking RMNP I googled where to eat. Birds Nest came up and I saw they had sandwiches. What a great find! The sandwiches were exceptionally delicious. We had the turkey, Cuban and brisket. All were equally yummy and came with awesome potato chips. I definitely recommend this place.“
“Excellent atmosphere, we stop in several times a year. Food is, very meh. From the hot breakfast bagel sandwiches that are mushy and falling apart to the tomato mozzarella on toast, they’re all pretty worthless and something you’d get in grade school honestly.Coffee drinks are run of the mill, some better than others but they get the job done and aren’t bad by any means; which is all I need to keep returning to feed the ducks and relax with a drink.“
“I discovered this place for my morning caffeine addiction and tea for my wife along with their great breakfast sandwiches/burritos. They kept us fed and caffeinated and the service was awesome. Man, I wish I lived in Estes Park - this drive through shop is awesome. We didn’t get to try their fancier drinks - mine was espresso or Americano and she had earl grey - we’re pretty simple that way.“
“Great little spot to get coffee. The chai latte is pretty good! The guy working was very nice and helpful. It does not just have drinks but lots of hot sauces, jelly, jam, coffee mugs and cups. We always stop here to get a drink when we are shopping.“
“Amazing cute little place. Plenty of different choices for ice cream and a huge line even when it wasn’t that busy out. Staff was so nice of course because it’s a touristy place and prices are a bit high for what you get but that is to be expected.“
“Colorado cherry is on the bottom floor of the Stanley. It has a little variety of pastries and treats and also coffee. I loved the themed lattes (217 and REDRUM). The REDRUM was my favorite. It’s a little pricey but what you’d expect for a specialty shop.“
“This is a must if you're in Estes. We got there about 10 minutes before they opened and the parking lot was about full. We got through the line quickly though. The cinnamon rolls and pecan sticky buns were so delicious! Soft, sweet, and perfect. They sell out fast so get there early. You won't be disappointed!“
