“Inside the Sinclair and lots to offer; cake, yeast, rolls. All our selections were great but the star was the donut holes with a cheesecake dipping. The cheesecake wasn't super sweet and complimented the donut holes really well. They also offered this as an all in one donut, pictured next to the donut hole basket in the case. Employees were super nice and helpful in selections.“
“Absolutely lovely coffee shop in the heart of Estes Park! The staff is always exceptionally friendly and helpful. They sell many nice postcards, pens, journals, arts and crafts, and gifts. The upstairs seating balcony is so cozy and clean. Most recently, I ordered a breakfast burrito and a latte. The cashier who rang me up brought my food up to me while I was seated in the upstairs balcony. I always notice and appreciate when people go above and beyond when they have no obligation to do so. I very highly recommend supporting this local business!“
“We were only in Estes Park for 2 days. After a long day of hiking RMNP I googled where to eat. Birds Nest came up and I saw they had sandwiches. What a great find! The sandwiches were exceptionally delicious. We had the turkey, Cuban and brisket. All were equally yummy and came with awesome potato chips. I definitely recommend this place.“
“This is a must if you're in Estes. We got there about 10 minutes before they opened and the parking lot was about full. We got through the line quickly though. The cinnamon rolls and pecan sticky buns were so delicious! Soft, sweet, and perfect. They sell out fast so get there early. You won't be disappointed!“
