I have a really difficult allergy to work around (nightshades: meaning no tomatoes, peppers, potatoes, etc.) and I walked in really craving a pasta.The waitress was super nice about this and made several runs to the chef to ask questions about ingredients. Unfortunately it turned out that all their pasta either had a red sauce, or the meat was marinated with tomatoes. BUT the chef said they could just make me a chicken Alfredo pasta which wasn't listed on the menu. These accomodations were incredible and the pasta was delicious!I also had the mezcal old fashioned which I'd happily recommend.My party members also really liked their meals.

This was our first time in Estes Park and Hunters Chop House. This place vastly exceeded our expectations in service, food quality and presentation. The staff is amazing and also very helpful when it came to offering tips on where to go and what to see. We will DEFINITELY be returning. You guys rock!!

I’m giving 2 stars because our server was awesome. Otherwise I’ve had better experiences at Texas Roadhouse. This is not an upscale steakhouse as advertised. My elk chops I asked for medium rare came out ultra rare. One of the managers I assume, was in the back yelling and cursing at a subordinate about pulling the security cameras up. Mind you we spent over $200 on our meals.

Another awesome visit, 3rd time. Always a treat for us. Our professional server, Stephanie, was attentive and pleasant as always. Worth every penny.
We got 3 apps 2 entrees and desert for roughly $120. The food was the most amazing food I've ever had. Elk chops, bison ravioli, bone marrow app all of it. Presentation oh my I can't say enough about this place.

One of the best meals I have ever had , the service, food and atmosphere are top notch. I would recommend anyone staying in estes park try this place out at least once.
What a neat place where you can try many different types of meat. I'd definitely recommend the wild game brat plate for a starter. Our group had elk, venison, bison, and duck for the mains, all of them were great. Only minor nitpick is the tables for four are small. Our server Raul was very attentive and helpful.
