Please be aware that this is a food truck and you should track where they will be. You will not be disappointed!!Our family was very hungry after a full day of hiking and we were so excited for this pizza. Took the family to Rock Cut Brewery to enjoy some Mangia Mangia pizza. This food truck is amazing. Best pizza I’ve had outside of Italy, no joke. Find their schedule on their website or socials and go enjoy some authentic Neapolitan pizza.

Got a couple pepperoni pizza and the Panorama Peak pizza. So. Good! I am not a fan of ricotta, but the way they build the Panorama Peak pizza, the toppings with the ricotta compliment each other very nicely. So good. Looking forward to trying one of their other pizzas.
