Got a couple pepperoni pizza and the Panorama Peak pizza. So. Good! I am not a fan of ricotta, but the way they build the Panorama Peak pizza, the toppings with the ricotta compliment each other very nicely. So good. Looking forward to trying one of their other pizzas.

Please be aware that this is a food truck and you should track where they will be. You will not be disappointed!!Our family was very hungry after a full day of hiking and we were so excited for this pizza. We each ordered our own, and our pizza looked delicious and tasted just as good. (They will also swap out basic ingredients if you ask—I don’t care for prosciutto, and they were willing to switch it for pepperoni on my pizza—I ordered one with arugula and ricotta. Can’t remember the name.)The owners are an awesome couple who made the experience just as fun. Loved chatting with them.Chase them down—it’s worth it! Also, they sold out within 4-5 hours, so be sure to plan accordingly.

Took the family to Rock Cut Brewery to enjoy some Mangia Mangia pizza. This food truck is amazing. Best pizza I’ve had outside of Italy, no joke. Find their schedule on their website or socials and go enjoy some authentic Neapolitan pizza.

Outstanding pizzas! Way above your standard "utility pizza." You could tell the dough and toppings were fresh and of high quality. Crusts had wood fire crispiness without being burnt. Can't recommend highly enough.

We had mangia mangia pizza at a brewery near our hotel. Great pizza, great service. We wanted it to go and they were out of boxes so they wrapped it up in tin foil for us. We're from NJ so we are spoiled when it comes to quality pizza and this was a nice surprise so far from home!

We have had the Mangia Mangia pizza several times and it has always been great! Today we were at Avante Garde and had their special (cream cheese and jalapeños)... and wow! it was exceptional! Our pizza today qualified for an episode on Diners Drive Ins and Dives! You can't go wrong by checking out Mangia Mangia pizza!

The most authentic Neapolitan pizza I have ever had withought flying to Italy. As a pizza enthusiast, I have gone through GREAT lengths to find good pizza and hands down this is hands down the best you will find and it is from a food truck. An honorable mention to the wood fired oven and the atmosphere they humor is far from the touristy part of Estes Park. You will most likely be able to enjoy great food and the relaxing commodity of wherever they are entertaining. Mangia Mangia. More please....Vegetarian options: Even just a cheese pizza is worth the entire experience.
