“My mom and I stopped here on our way up to Echo mountain for tubing! The workers greeted us when we came in and helped us in making a decision on what to order! We both got a bagel sandwich and a coffee. I love that you can choose the flavor of bagel for your sandwich!! The shop has a punk/rock vibe with decor, but is not too loud. There are lots of spaces to sit and eat or chat (tables, couches, etc). You can tell it's nestled in a small town because as we say and are the workers knew many of the customers by name“
“Love the interior and the atmosphere of Muddy Buck. Really unique mountain vibes. I’ve found that their espresso drinks and the breakfast burritos are the best thing on the menu. I’ve been disappointed by the lunch options and straight coffee here.“
“While staying in Evergreen for a couple of days we popped in for breakfast. The Gluten-free biscuits and gravy were out of this world! Service was fast and friendly, and the coffee was clean and crisp. I met Nick, the owner and head cook, who was kind and appreciative of our patronage. We will recommend this place and come back whenever we're close.“
“This is the sweetest restaurant. There was some confusion over our order and the owner was apologetic and corrected it immediately AND told us to take some desserts for our trouble. It has a great menu for all ages and is worth stripping at if you find yourself either in or driving through Evergreen.“
““A Cozy Haven at Ever Bean Cafe"Stopped by EverBean Cafe for a quick caffeine fix and ended up discovering a hidden gem. The ambiance exudes warmth, making it a delightful spot to unwind. The coffee was not just good; it was a flavorful energy boost for our mountain adventure. The efficiency of service and the friendly staff added to the positive experience. A pleasant surprise was their gluten-free pastry selection, a thoughtful touch for those with dietary preferences. Couldn't resist trying some, and they were delicious. Bonus points for being pet-friendly, making it a welcoming pitstop for all. EverBean Cafe turned a simple coffee break into a memorable part of our journey.Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free pastries.“
“It was so nice to find a Homestyle Diner to go to for breakfast during a recent visit I had to Evergreen, Colorado. The staff there are super friendly and kind and the breakfast dishes are awesome! My absolute favorite are the various Egg Benedict breakfast dishes that are offered I ended up going there several times and would certainly go back upon my return to Evergreen“
“I rode a motorcycle from Alaska to Utah in September last year, pointing my tires toward connection, trail riding, and some of the best coffee I’ve ever had. Rene was up long before dawn, brewing the smoothest and finest of blends. While it’s a known fact that every cup of coffee shared across a sunrise and bonfire with fellow riders is the cup you’ll ever drink, Bivouac Coffee really is something to carry home with you. I bought my favorites and enjoyed excellent brew for the next two months as I made my way back toward home. Take the long way home, always. Pack light and treat yourself to this coffee.“
