Service was fast and friendly, and the coffee was clean and crisp. I met Nick, the owner and head cook, who was kind and appreciative of our patronage. “This is the sweetest restaurant. There was some confusion over our order and the owner was apologetic and corrected it immediately AND told us to take some desserts for our trouble. It has a great menu for all ages and is worth stripping at if you find yourself either in or driving through Evergreen.“

“I have been going to this restaurant for many many years. My family loves takeout from Saigon Landing. We love the crispy pork rolls and the grilled basil muscles. Its an Evergreen staple and beats out every other asian restaurant and town. I give the other asian restaurants in town scores from 1-3 stars.“
“First Britton by far the coolest dude I met in Colorado since I got here. Your parents should be proud he gave fantastic recommendations was beyond helpful and knowledgeable. He made the experience actually fun! There are an extreme amount of variations but the food was beyond excellent. Cool little place to go eat a burger highly recommend to anyone!“

“The food was excellent. I’ve had their pizza many times and their wings are good as well. Their desserts are either too rich or somewhat lackluster so I recommend filling up on main course food. The environment is dim and smells like BBQ sauce, but is otherwise clean and respectful. The wait can be long but the food is so good and they can’t really control how many customers want to come dine. Service has always been respectful and mostly prompt.Parking: There is a huge public lot for downtown Golden on 12th and Washington. It is free to park for a few hours, but paid if you plan to stay a while. Parking can sometimes fill up depending on time and day.“

Everything we had was delicious, from the drinks (I had the Berry Sangria and the bartender “roulette” which turned out to be a spicy, pomegranate margarita) to the food - baked goat cheese, the burger, the arugula and beet salads. The brisket was some of the best I've ever had (I'm from NC), the bison burger was off the chain good and if you want to taste a slice of heaven, try the white chocolate bread pudding!! “These cupcakes are delicious and they’re definitely fresh. I think they’re as good as a cupcake gets. Gluten free options are also plenty. My only criticism is that they charge extra if you order cupcakes for a wedding - even though nothing changed about the cupcakes. The owner calls this a consult fee. It feels greedy.“
“This is the first time I have been to The Cow, and I loved it! The only thing I would tell people is to try to go when it is not the peak hours because it was quite busy and we had to wait a while. “I've been here a few times for a chai fix; my most recent experience was being the in-laws. We were walking around Golden and stopped for some coffee - I got the spicy chai (have had the sweet and ginger turmeric previously). I was a little disappointed with this one, the depth of flavor was lacking but there was a slight bite to it at the end. The place overall is super cute and is always busy. I like how they have a kids corner in the back for children to play in! Overall will continue to stop here for coffee if I'm in town.“

“Hidden GEM! Me and my boyfriend stumbled across this spot and what a find it was! three stories inside, outside and rooftop seating areas. Plenty to do here, karaoke some nights, pool tables and live music. They have a small menu but oh is it mighty. You order at the counter, and someone brings it to the table. The onion rings, burgers, and fries were delicious and came our pretty fast! I ended up having like half a burger to take home. I also noticed there was free popcorn. Nice touch. I plan on coming back for karaoke night!“

“It's my favorite place to grab something for breakfast and a coffee while driving out to ski. They serve excellent coffee and their breakfast burrito is so good. The vibes are immaculate, I wish I lived close so I could hang out here instead of just stopping in while driving. Sometimes it can be a bit of a wait if they have several people order at once.“
“GREAT food every time we have been in. Service is great but at busy times the wait can be a little long but their staff is always pleasant and accommodating. The noise level can be high at times but nothing unusual as it is a sports bar and there are multiple TVs for your viewing pleasure and on occasion there is live music by an amazing local artist. We usually come here about once a week.“

“My mom and I stopped here on our way up to Echo mountain for tubing! The workers greeted us when we came in and helped us in making a decision on what to order! We both got a bagel sandwich and a coffee. I love that you can choose the flavor of bagel for your sandwich!! The shop has a punk/rock vibe with decor, but is not too loud. There are lots of spaces to sit and eat or chat (tables, couches, etc). You can tell it's nestled in a small town because as we say and are the workers knew many of the customers by name“
