If I could give zero stars I would.Food was DISGUSTINGservice SUCKED& they still charged a good tip that they did not earn.Waste of money & won't be returning.

I had a chicken chimichanga and it was all dough there was literally no meat in it at all. The rice is good it's the only thing I ate I didn't even bother to take it home. I think our waitress was new because we got our food and didn't have any silverware and had to ask for some. And then she didn't know how to run her credit card and had to get the owner.

Maya Grill and Cantina is absolutely a hidden jewel in Firestone Colorado, they have the perfect green chili, hot, but not too hot ! Just that perfect hot that makes you keep dipping in for more ! Their Nachos are Delicious much more than just cheese and chips sometimes I just order them as a dinner ! They make awesome guacamole So delicious ! And Maya's chips are are what chips should be, just the right texture and thickness to complement the outstandingly delicious food !They have a large menu many styles of taco's,Their Burrito's are so Yummy and will Fill You Up !Sara S. keeps every thing running like a much loved family restaurant ! And all the other waiters and waitress are all Up Beat and Positive while they make sure your glasses are topped off and in general make you feel spoiled ! As you can tell we love this restaurant so MAKE SURE TO GO TO Maya Cantina and Grill and really enjoy their Fantastic Cooking , You will see what I am talking about ! Enjoy ! ! !Charles and Yvette F.

The service was good. The food was average. The salsa for the chips was more like hot sauce than salsa which we did not enjoy. My chicken fajitas had some red sauce on them (but not like red enchilada sauce) that I thought tasted good, but a little bland. The rice and beans were bland. But their pico de gallo was burn my mouth off hot so it was a little weird that you either had bland food items or "hot" level items. The beef enchiladas were just okay. Overall, it was an okay experience but would I return if I was in the area again, probably not.

Came here a few times. Food was okay at best but the service and cleanliness were always top notch so we usually came back once in awhile.Tonight the waitress didn't bring us waters and told my wife that they don't do Shirley temples here after waiting for 15-20 minutes. Once we pointed out that they were on the menu she disappeared for 10 minutes and came back and said they don't have the stuff to make it. My wife then proceeded to order a lemonade....All this time the 1 beer I ordered still hadn't shown up, nor any word or sight of our food had showed up. I think we waited around another 20 minutes and saw others that sat down after us get waters and food delivered so we got up and walked out.1 hour of my life I won't get back so here is an honest review of a local eatery. Don't waste your time because they may end up wasting yours.

Staff was friendly but the food was barely edible. Maybe my American taste is not accustomed to the flavors.
Orders were messed up from the beginning with very few other customers, then our tickets get messed up and after fixing the first mistake it takes so long that when we get the new messed up tickets we just pay them; other than horrible service the food was edible but I will never come back

Super delicious food, Great drinks very friendly staff!An excellent selection of authentic Mexican fare. Seafood is always flavorful and fresh. We drive from Denver to Firestone co just to eat there because the restaurant atmosphere food and drinks are way beyond the best! I highly recommend it!

We have been in a couple of times, and at the end the waiters write their tip amount, I have changed mine to what I think is correct as most of the time they are not attentive. I have seen on my bank statements that they still charge the tip they desire. If you go to this place make sure you tip cash or be checking your bank statements to file a claim if they charge more than you authorize. We will no longer be visiting this establishment as for me this is theft.

The food was excellent and so was the service. Highly Recommend. I had the Maya molcajete which includes carne asada, grilled pork, pollo asado, shrimp in a delicious authentic Mexican salsa ;) some queso fresco a roasted jalapeño, Rice and beans with pico de gallo. I went with four of my friends and all of their dishes look mouth watering. Server was great listener brought our food exactly how we wanted it. Thank you will return again for sure.
