Maya Grill and Cantina is absolutely a hidden jewel in Firestone Colorado, they have the perfect green chili, hot, but not too hot ! Just that perfect hot that makes you keep dipping in for more ! The service was good. The food was average. The salsa for the chips was more like hot sauce than salsa which we did not enjoy. My chicken fajitas had some red sauce on them (but not like red enchilada sauce) that I thought tasted good, but a little bland. The rice and beans were bland. But their pico de gallo was burn my mouth off hot so it was a little weird that you either had bland food items or "hot" level items. The beef enchiladas were just okay. La comida está muy rica pero la atención con el cliente es muy agradable sobre todo de la mesera Fernanda te hace sentir muy agradable y te trata de la mejor manera posible y es muy atenta con que no te falte nada. El lugar es muy lindo por dentro y el personal es muy amigable te dan la mejor bienvenida Jesús y Fernando! ?????? excelente servicio
