“What a great lunch experience! The salsa is chunky and flavorful. The flautas were crispy even with being served with sauces on top. The chicken in the flautas was well seasoned and juicy. The server was attentive. I will definitely have lunch here again.Parking: It's a strip mall so you may not be able to park in front but there's plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: It's definitely a family restaurant. There were highchairs as you can see in one of my pictures.“

“I hate to say that I have a bit of a weak spot for Del Taco , it reminds me of high school. I'm a fan of any Del Taco that hooks my tacos up with cheddar cheese and their crunchy shells don't have that off flavor (you know what I'm talkin' about).I typically hit this place up when I'm going to the airport, the food is always hot and fresh. They make your food to order for sure. Great location if you like the Del.But, Del Taco has gotten ridiculously pricey. 6 snack tacos, a medium drink, and fries ended up being almost $13.“
“I saw that the 7 eleven had the Larado taco co. and it brought back memories of going down to South Padre Island in Texas. So, I had to get 2 chicharron tacos and a spicy chicken, and it tasted just like the ones in Texas. I will be going back for more .“

“You can tell these people out a lot of work into making a such a great restaurant. First off- everyone was incredibly nice, with such great outgoing personalities. And secondly- the food was insane! My bf got the Mac Daddy, and I got the Big Poppa (both quesadillas). Everything tasted amazing, and we both noticed the touch of seasoning on the actual tortilla that really rounded everything out! I suspect that this is going to be a staple in our future trips into Brighton. 10/10 would recommend visiting!“
“Best Mexican food you can find local(Louisville,Lafayette,Boulder). They somehow make you fresh tacos in about 5 minutes. I get the breakfast tacos with asada/steak and they're so darn good. Can't go wrong with any of their tacos. Family owned,super nice people, and Great prices!“

“First time I ate here was Tuesday for a breakfast burrito! Size matches price, the food was made fresh and I was so impressed with the food and service I stopped by again the next day to try their tortas, and was so surprised the portion was huge and was cheaper then everywhere else in town. Taste was phenomenal and they have a new regular customer. Highly recommend stopping in to try this restaurant if you haven’t already.“
“If you live in Frederick or near the area and love Mexican food don’t look anywhere else! This food truck has the best Mexican food and best prices in Frederick hands down! We been going here sense they open and I promise the food is always perfect and so good! My husband is a picky eater and dose not like onion at all! So when we call to order our food the guy already knows us and always makes sure to pack all onion separately! We tried the new food truck located next to them and it was a BIG no for us! Over priced and not good at all! Totally regret not coming here and getting our regular! Taco Truck y’all are the best!!“
