“Stopped by here on the way to Pikes Peak.Amazingly good ice cream custard here. Unique taste and not too sweet or heavy. We tried vanilla and chocolate scoops with waffle cone and loved it. Also tried their “Analanche” (Mountaineer flavor) which is like a blizzard (ice cream in a blender) and it was very refreshing. On top of all of this, everything is extremely well priced. Great value for money and really savory.Parking can be tough but if you drive around long enough, you will find one.Very highly recommended.“

“We were in town for a traveling softball tournament and went to get some coffee, wow, it was amazing! Ordered an iced caramel latte and a hot caramel latte through the drive thru and the girl was super sweet and accommodating, and the coffee was AMAZING! Normally I order an iced caramel latte and it’s too sweet but this one was perfect!!!“

“This is my new favorite gem in the springs! You get huge servings and every “iceberg” I’ve gotten has been full of toppings. After a few visits I even worked up the courage to ask for custom mix ins and it was delicious. If you’re in town, definitely check this place out!“

“Holy caprese!! The crust was the perfect crisp without being burnt, yet still able to hold up to the sloppy but tasty toppings. This was one of the best sauces I have ever had! A big tangy with some acidic sweetness, these fools know their ish! I gobbled a whole 10” caprese while husband was pleasantly pleased with his BBQ chicken. (If you know him at all, this must have been the first time in his more than three decades of existence that he ordered anything other than cheese - and it was not a disappointment!)Wishing we were local. “The store is pretty small but it's not a dine in place so that makes sense. The cookies are phenomenal! Best cookies I ever had better than my mama's and that's saying something.Parking: It's in a shopping strip so plenty of open parking lots available.Kid-friendliness: Very cute and fun environment though small it gives a lot of happy positive vibes. Kids would surely like the interior colors of pink and white.“

“It's an on time drive in, and has excellent food/service still, even in 2024. I had the green chili fries, and it was enough to fill me up, even without the burger ? I ordered. The shakes have plenty of chunks of real fruit in them. It's one of the few places you can still get an actual malt in town. The prices are reasonable and well worth the cost. We'll definitely be back!“

“The Paleta bar in downtown Colorado Springs is truly exceptional. The ambiance is welcoming, and the variety of paletas is extensive, catering to diverse tastes. Each paleta is crafted with precision, delivering rich flavors. The staff is friendly and helpful. A must-visit spot for delicious treats. “Our group of 7 walked in in search for something sweet after a great dinner. Half of us got ice cream and the other half got chocolates. I can't remember what flavors of ice cream they had but I know their scoops were huge and they all had waffle cones. I opted for chocolates for the plane ride back home. I was a little disappointed they didn't have marzipan but they had a huge selection of candies I forgot all about them. The lady behind the counter was nice enough to give us a coupon for 10% off their sister store..which was perfect because we wanted some coffee. Great little gem in the middle of Manitou Springs!“

“Literally the best ice cream in the Springs! The owner is such a sweet person and cares about her shop and her customers. The arcade is the coolest and has so many games I've never heard of! “I went in today and was greeted by a gentleman he was extremely nice and was willing to recommend things to me and seemed extremely okay with it he made a great recommendation of the blueberry paleta with white chocolate and oreos I would have never thought that comb would be good but it was beyond delicious. “"I never been to a Mexican Mom and Pop ice cream shop before this. I wanted an ice cream Sunday, but everything on the menu looked foreign to me. The young lady behind the counter was nice enough to explain the menu to us. She was very professional and very patient, answering all our questions. She made us ice cream Sunday's big enough to feed a family of four. The only reason I gave them four stars and not five is only because their ice cream was Blue Bonnet, which has a store bright taste to it and I could've gotten that at home.“

“This is a really neat shop! They have a little bit of some thing for everyone. We were shopping here just before Christmas and found multiple gifts for friends and family. A lot of them with a Colorado theme. And the things that they have in the store are not your normal touristy, gift, shop items, but rather unique quality, artwork, jewelry, and miscellaneous items. Definitely would recommend the store.“

“When I went there today, the lady didn't speak English, but thank God, there was an Asian customer who answered my question about the menu. I just wished there was a staff member who could speak English to help non-Spanish customers. On the other hand, I had the Fresas Con Crema. So far, so good. “I tried spring rollin for the first time today. I got the triple play and it was delicious and very filling. I never had pho before and I was pleased. Drew, the operator runs a wonderful business and really has a great product at very reasonable prices. Mikayla, I hope I spelled right, walked me thru the order snd made some wonderful recommendations. She is a great and happy employee. I would recommend whether your first time having pho like me or consume regularly. Very pleased.“

“I stopped into Frozen Gold with some coworkers while visiting Colorado Springs last week. I loved their selection, and they had really great options available like samoas and campfire! I loved the dairy-free options available, and the coconut was delicious! The coconut flavor was strong, which I loved, but if you'd prefer something more subtle you might like some of the other options. I liked the many fun options available, but I opted for just the plain ice cream without toppings. Everyone I was with really enjoyed what they got. The indoor and outdoor seating options were nice, and the lady at the counter offered to put on one of the outdoor firepits if we wanted! Frozen Gold is in a building with a few other businesses, which would be nice to be able to get dinner and then ice cream next door. The interior was cute and felt very trendy. The outdoor area was comfortable and had lots of separate seating areas for groups of all different sizes.“

“I stopped by here early afternoon around my lunch break and really needed something healthy because I wasn't feeling too well. There options were really good for what I needed. I got the green tea smoothie plus a boost of vitamin C and potassium. The smoothie was very good and healthy and it really helped me to start feeling better right away.“

“Just had to try it and see what all the hype was about but honestly I will not be returning only once, I’ll be returning 3 more times for delicious burger and fries. Burger was loaded with deliciousness , that's all I could taste, bun was thin and not falling apart , fries are so small and wonderful they can hold heat really well so they are not cold when served to you. Way over priced? Not at all! I love it here ????“

“Went in last minute for some ice cream. The staff was decent. A younger Mexican girl offered a sample and really helped in making my decision for the banana royal. She picked a bomb ice cream and hooked it up with Carmel n other toppings! I tipped $5 and she was shocked. She definitely stepped up and handled it when the other staff tried to recommend a not so popular flavor. Huge shout out to her! She knows her ice cream. Thanks girl!“
