I placed an order for pick up at 3:45 pm. When I got there the employees were working on an order. It took a while before they told me they were closed. To which I replied that I was just picking up an order. Turns out they had either given my order away or not made it at all. They said they didn’t know where it was and went back to work. This place can be hit or miss but tonight Julie helped us out and was absolutely incredible. Her customer service was on point and definitely went out of her way to make our day! Will definitely come back because of

It is 4:30 pm on Saturday, 2/17 and when we tried to get pretzels the 2 employees said they were closed till 5:15 pm. When we asked why, they said they had to restock everything before they could sell anything. Eventhough they had what we wanted they would not sell to us. Really?? It's now 4:52pm and they just called us up to order. In the time we have been waiting there has been at least 25 people turned away.This is so not good customer service!
