It is 4:30 pm on Saturday, 2/17 and when we tried to get pretzels the 2 employees said they were closed till 5:15 pm. When we asked why, they said they had to restock everything before they could sell anything. Eventhough they had what we wanted they would not sell to us. Really?? It's now 4:52pm and they just called us up to order. In the time we have been waiting there has been at least 25 people turned away.This is so not good customer service!

I placed an order for pick up at 3:45 pm. When I got there the employees were working on an order. It took a while before they told me they were closed. To which I replied that I was just picking up an order. Turns out they had either given my order away or not made it at all. They said they didn’t know where it was and went back to work. I then had to show them the order and they said they didn’t have it and couldn’t make it for me. The lady said sorry there’s nothing we can do and started to walk away again. Which is when I asked if I could at least get a refund and she said oh yeah we can do that, but then didn’t know how to issue a refund and had to call over another employee to help. Pretty dissatisfied with the overall experience.

As for knowledgeable, the associate was not. Nice but when I asked if they still do the punch card. She said I've only been here 2 weeks I don't know. All the pretzels were way over cooked. I didn't want to ait for new ones to be made.

Employees Re very young, so they don’t understand the value of the customer. I stood at the cashier for at least two mins before he notice I was standing there because he was on his phone. & since when do they not have mustard? This was the first time I came here and the product was actually stocked and ready to go, but cold and stale. Too bad this is the only place to eat in this mall.

No Cheese Sauce again?! No Mustard AGAIN !? For heavens sake, it's noon on a Saturday, the busiest day in the mall and their OUT?! The kicker was that pay device asked for a tip! I didn't get greeted, no "sorry" that we're out. This place USED TO BE a fav stop for a treat in the area. This was about a year ago. But it's sorely lacking now. The pretzel bites were fresh but their wrapped hot dog desperately needed mustard to get a passing mark. Not inspired to come here again.

Out of absolutely everything, no ice, no lemonade drinks. 3 people working with the cashier that I could barely hear. 5 others waiting for their pretzels (each one had to ask where their order was because there was no order.)Maybe bring back the food court or train the current staff a little better.
The people that work here are probably not sober can't understand them and gave us drinks with no ice no lids and no straw horrible costumer service

This place is a joke! I'm not sure how they make any money with their horrible customer service and never having any food ready. They always tell you 20 minutes which usually turns into an hour. Nobody is friendly and everybody looks stoned out of their gourds. Do better or close down!

Pretty bad customer service and they were scratching and running their fingers through their hair over the food. I'd rather drive clear out to Flat Irons mall Auntie Anne's than eat at this one ever again. Don't waste your money here.
