“I volunteer with Pilots For Christ in Wyoming. Today I took a lady down to Fort Collins for an appointment. Her name is Lacy, she’s blind. I had a really important call I had to take just as Lacy and I entered the donut shop. I went outside and Isaiah took care of Lacy in the most compassionate way! He was wonderful!! As I watched him help her identify what bills were which, I decided I was going to buy a coffee. I only wanted to buy the coffee so that I could give him a big tip. (I was going to run Acc because I didn’t have cash). He gave me the coffee for free!!!! So anyway, we love him and think he’s great!“
“Great historical feel in this building! It is shared with another business called Scrumpy’s Hard Cider Bar. Fresh made donuts when you order. The warmth of the donuts definitely brought out the flavor in each bite. I love that there is a slight crunch on the outside and power packed flavor on the soft inside. I cant wait to go back and order the Flight of Cider from Scrumpy’s and more donuts! See you there!“
“I stopped in to grab a few donuts. Couple with custard inside, a couple with jelly inside, couple of cake donuts, one just one regular glazed. Thinking in my head six donuts 10 bucks. Yeah not so much.Try 24.00$.At first I was kind of floored.I asked the young lady at the register, you're kidding right?.She looked and smiled and said no. She mentioned the ones with filling were like $4 a piece. A couple of bucks each for the others. At this point I have one side of my brain saying $30 for six donuts you're out of your damn mind. The other side of my brain at this point saying two things.First donuts don't make themselves... Got to pay the help and help needs to survive.Secondly, who doesn't like fresh doughnuts. All the tables were clean. The staff all with a smile. Keeping in mind at this point in time. It was earlier than 5:00 am.All in all, the donuts were good, the location absolutely clean and all the staff smiling. Ample parking, easy access maybe just a little sign that says...Nothing good is cheapandnothing cheap is good. The donuts themselves.large in nature.Ample amount of filling.Just the right amount of glaze. And the wonderful smell of fresh made donuts...“
“Great staff and service. Went through this afternoon for a quick coffee and the gentleman who served me around 4-5pm was super friendly. Asked for a joke or fact while I waited and then gave me a free donut! Didn’t have to but he was great!“
“Backyard bird in timnath...next to pd..Ok, so this place was fantastic!!! 5*!!! The BBQ sauce is next level. The chicken is amazing!! And they have a liquor license!!! Help a new restaurant succeed!!! The owner is a classically trained chef at Cordon Bleu in Paris. The donuts are insane, and if wanted, can be a bun for your sandwich. They have daily specials, a food truck, catering etc....see attached card for info.“
“So I recently saw a post on a local Facebook page asking for recommendations for the best donut in town and was surprised that I hadn't heard of the place most people recommended. Welp, turns out that this place has been open for more than a year and isn't on Yelp yet! Lots of Google and Facebook reviews, though ... uh oh Yelp. FoCo might need a little more love, you seem to be losing relevance here. Anyway, since seeing that FB post I've tried coming a few times ... the first time I was thinking for an afternoon pick-me-up, but they close at noon. D'oh! The next time I thought about donuts it was mid-morning and I thought oh, I still have time to get there before noon! Got there at 10:30 to find a sign on the door - sold out for the day. Double-d'oh! Today I was out early-ish to drop my dog off for daycare in mid-town so decided to take a little detour to Campus West ... success! I regret not taking pictures of the beautiful donut display, but I was immediately overwhelmed by choice. The first one I saw was a croissant donut, which you could get as is with it's layers of flaky fried goodness, or you could have it filled with your choice of bavarian cream (custard), white cream (stabilized whipped cream?), or raspberry. Yes, that sounds delicious - I'll take one filed with bavarian cream. I really should have stopped there, but I could not resist. I picked out a cinnamon glazed twist, a pumpkin spice cake donut with cream cheese drizzle, a blueberry old fashioned, and a raised donut with fruity crunch topping, When I picked out the raised donut, the server let me know that it had been in contact with peanuts and coconut and asked if that was okay - indeed, yes, those allergens are not an issue for me. I don't know that this would be sufficient for someone who is allergic, but I do think it is good that they keep track. So far the croissant donut is the only one that I have eaten, and it was everything I hoped it would be. The shop is clean, the staff polite an patient, the pricing very reasonable. I am sure I will be back.“
