So I just came here, ordered a Rueben bagel sandwich and they said they were out of Rueben, so ordered a pastrami bagel sandwich and said they were out of that also. Don’t put it on your menu if you don’t have it. Then I said ok just give me a tuna bagel and they said we were out of that too. But then they came back to me and said they can do the Tuna! These people need to know how to prep better!!!!!! The management must really not know what they are doing here. Owners need to do something about that!!

I used to love this place. The last time I went I found a hair in the cream cheese in my bagel and let it go because things happen. Even after finding a hair with my last experience I decided we would try again. Today my girlfriend and I ordered take out online, a tuna melt and breakfast sandwich. They forgot the cream cheese for her bagel and they made the tuna melt completely wrong. After getting home and discovering they left the lettuce, tomato and onion out, they also didn’t melt the cheese on a tuna melt…? My girlfriend went back and just asked for the veggies. They told her they were working on multiple other tuna melts ahead of her and didn’t give her the veggies. They also told her their website is wrong and the veggies don’t print on the ticket. Maybe get that issue fixed? After they finished the other multiple tuna melts they completely remade my tuna melt. This time it had onion and tomato and the cheese melted on both halves of the bagel but they didn’t give any lettuce. While I appreciate them remaking it after just requesting a side of the veggies, I really hope they can learn to make things correctly and get their website to ticket situation fixed so this doesn’t happen. Completely avoidable situation.

I love the bagels. Closest to a NYC bagel for sure. Ordering on line through Toast is terrible. Lots of flaws. Order through stage door and it’s twice as expensive.

I ordered + paid online ahead of time. I show up, the employee tells me I still have to pay. I run to my car, get my wallet, and check my bank app. Bank app says I paid and I tell/show the employee. She says: "Yeah idk, my co worker told me you still had to pay. He'll be back soon if you want to wait". I wait 5 minutes for him to come back. He shows up and says "no no no, you have to pay for cream cheese" which was $1 to note, I tipped $3 on the order. I pay the $1 and go to fill up my soda. The soda machine is off and I let them know. The employee says "Oh yeah my bad man, just turn the key on the side of the machine towards you." After filling up my soda I check my bagels and the cream cheese I had to pay extra for wasn't even there... 0 Customer service. Avoid going to this place at all costs.
