Husband and I have found "our" spot after a year of being in CO. The options are plentiful, including a great amount of vegetarian, seafood as well. Staff is kind and efficient. The grillers are also polite and quick!Vegetarian options: Fresh veggies varieties and tofu.

Great food for the price, pretty simple selection. I recommend splitting proteins from carbs as it will cook better that way and 2 bowls fits a plate well. Was not busy during the week.

Much rather go the Mongolian Grill on campus. First the food was cold, with raw food touching everything this is a serious heath risk. After going back our table got bussed even when we had the sign on the blue sign that said, "we'll be back." Not a problem in its self. We got new cups and continued dining. Then the manager come over and askes "did you pay for fountain drinks?" We didn't realize that our original red colored cups indicated that we payed for fountain drinks. After explaining what happens she asks the person who bussed our table. She then came back to say, "are we sure we payed for fountain drinks?" Its unfortunate how we were treated over a simple mistake. Nonetheless we will not be returning. This place used to be a joy to go to but not anymore.

I used to go here a lot when it first opened about 20 years ago.I used to love it then but Covid and down sizing have really made it a subpar dining experience. The cooks aren't trained very well on preparing mongolian.All of the sauces that you pick out simply lay burning up on the grill and don't get blended into the food at all and leaves it void of flavor. You have to keep that mix moving and steamed by adding water to keep the sauces burning up.Really disappointed in what used to be one of my favotaces to eat. Too bad.And the service is inept.
Accused of theft when attempting to take a half eaten plate of already paid for food home in a container. I guess throwing away foods cool though.

This place is one of my favorite restaurants and always will be, but I was disappointed in what i saw tonight. the coke machine was out of almost everything, there was ice piling up in the tray and soda was splashed everywhere on it. i almost found a rag and cleaned it myself. as for the food, i did three rounds and they were constantly out of almost every popular option. and the cooks were too busy talking to pay attention and my noodles got burned all three times :(

My coworker brought me here on our way home from a conference. I didn't know what to expect, but I was thoroughly impressed. There's just something about being able to put together your very own, perfectly crafted to you dish, handing it over to be cooked immediately in front of you, and enjoying right off the grill. Lots of food combination potential and more sauces to choose from than you can shake a chopstick at. The price was actually lower than I expected it to be and I will absolutely be eager here every time I'm in the area.
