I love Jimmy Johns in general, but this location at S. Shields is particularly well run with exceptionally friendly, professional and freaky fast staff. This shop is in a great location too with easy parking.

Best Jimmy John's location in fort Collins! They are always 'freaky fast', no exaggeration. Typically no need to pre-order because they sometimes finish your order before you finish getting your order taken! Outdoor seating is on the road, but doesn't really disturb the atmosphere much. P.S. The cheap day old bread is key! Don't change guys!

Service was good. ordered a veggie sub (comes with double cheese, tomato, cucumbers and avocado spread). It didn't come with the avocado spread, just mayo. Pretty disappointing and costly sandwich.

Was extremely irritated that my order instructions weren't followed. I specifically wrote to leave off items in my sandwich because I'm allergic to them, only to bite into the sandwich and get a giant mouthful of something I'm completely allergic to, so I had to spit it out. I also asked for packs of mayo which were not delivered in my order either. Pretty ridiculous this sandwich shop doesn't feel the customer is important enough or that their health and safety isn't important enough to follow the order as written.Dietary restrictions: This location doesn't follow order instructions for dietary restrictions.

A team of 5 or 6 behind the counter was too busy yapping at each other to get my order right. Not exactly impressed. I realize this is an express sandwich shop and not a Michelin star restaurant, but come on.

I usually eat at this location n get delivery. They’re usually pretty to get my order to me but last time I had their sandwich the salami was so fatty it was like gum and I had to spit it out. Now this time there’s a hair in my food, had to throw out the rest of my sandwich. Are hairnets not being worn?
