Since Papa John’s has out sourced their deliveries to door dash it has been terrible. It takes over 30 minutes for a pizza to be delivered now from the time of pick up.

Just ordered for delivery and am disappointed. I ordered extra sauce cups and they put a cup ON TOP of my pizza and the cheese bread has shrunk an inch. Not cool. The food tasted good but that is some bad service.

I set an order for pickup at 7pm when it was about 5:30pm. I get there, and no one could find my order. Ending up waiting an hour before getting my food. Not mad, just disappointed they didn’t try to make it right.

Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery. Got a phone call saying the driver forgot one of the pizzas and it was coming with a different driver but would be there soon behind the first. Ok, no problem.25 minutes later and still no second pizza so I call to ask when the eta was and it still had not even left the store.??♂️ wish I didn’t tip

If I was a cook here I would be livid. The kitchen is working hard and pumping out product, but the girl at the register and another dude that I can only assume was a manger are doing absolutely nothing, obviously high out of their skulls letting food sit and get cold while the lobby fills with people waiting for food that was ready 10 minutes ago because they couldn't figure their stuff out. The girl at the register had to keep asking for people to repeat their names because she couldn't hold a thought for longer than 15 seconds. Food quality is good if you could even get it when it is ready, but waiting in the lobby for 20 minutes staring at already cooked food that is obviously yours might not be worth it.

Left the pizza on our porch and didnt bother to knock or ring the doorbell. It is winter! Thanks for the cold pizza. Pizza wasn't good and the toppings were not placed as requested.

2 hours to receive a pizza? We were told it would be 50 minutes and after 3 calls to check the status, each time being told it's on the way, it finally arrive at 2 hours. Never again. I'll order from somewhere else

I'm thinking they got new management because the experience there now is ENTIRELY different than what other reviews have been. Very clean, customer service is top notch. Much friendlier than the area dictates. Manager Jason seems to run the show in an efficient way that keeps employees happy and passing the good vibes on to customers. His attention to detail and customer service is impeccable also. Highly recommend for a chain pizza joint.

I placed an order on the app and accidentally selected the wrong address which did not have a lot # attached which led to the order being canceled. I called the store to see what had happened and spoke to Jason who had informed me there was no lot # and the phone number I had on file was incorrect so the attempts to call had failed. He apologized immediately (even though it was my mistake) and got my new order going with the same discounts I received on the app. I appreciate the friendly service and that he was willing to make sure we still received fresh pizza at the same price. Customer service is everything! Thanks again!

I ordered two pizzas, waited over 2 hours, called to see what was going on multiple times, and our pizza still never arrived. I ended up just driving to get food and requested they just cancel my order and refund me.

Papa Johns in this town is a huge struggle. Online system doesn’t give an estimated wait time. After ordering, it stated 19 minutes for carry out. An hour later, it’s finally done. Pizza here is mediocre at best for the price, so we won’t be back any time soon.
