Online pickup window, maybe 6th in line to pick up food when I got here. Now 20 minutes have passed and only one person has been served. Why are you letting people just sit in front of the window if their food isn't ready? It's meant to just be a pickup window. I can't get out now, because there are cars behind me. And no movement at all for over 15 minutes at this point. I just called to see what was happening and was told they are making people continue through if their food isn't ready, but that's obviously untrue. I might be here another hour. How is the service this bad? It seems impossible. 5 cars ahead of me now. Should be another hour then?Pure incompetence from management. How do you run a promotion to get more business, and then be so utterly surprised when you get more business?? Should have turned orders off or closed the store. Even publish longer times for prep on online orders. I'll be trying to back out after the others do and cancel the order. Truly ridiculous.

We went around 8:15 on a Friday night and was told they were out of rice.. and chips… oh and sour cream. The hours list until 11 pm… was this a lack of prep? or just a lack of give a damn.. hard to tell based on the attitude of the employees. We should have probably left but gave the benefit of the doubt and got a couple of burritos. Unfortunately the meat and beans were not even close to warm. There’s no excuse for this.. potentially a health code violation if they are sitting on the line at this temp. I hope the moral and overall effort is improved for future guests but we will not be sticking around to see.

It will take time. I asked how long. She Said maybe 8 minutes. We decided to wait. Five minutes in realized they hadn’t even started. Very rude ignored us. We left

My boyfriend and went to qdoba pretty late and got absolute princess treatment. The person that helped us out Sol/ that location has such good customer service and they just really just do the thing. Had to leave a review cause they were so dope!

I've heard from multiple people that this location is really bad. I decided to try it out for myself and boy where they right. A bunch of disrespectful high school kids that talk like their in the hood. Making food for themselves, the dirtiest kitchen I've ever seen at Qdoba. There is obviously no manager or supervision. Gave me a lot of food in my burrito but I would not recommend goin Wednesday nights.

This is by far the worst location I have ever been to. I worked for Qdoba for a little over a year, and I am now a customer. Every time I come into this location the food prep line is always absolutely disgusting, the time it takes you to get from the start of the line to the end is always 10+ minutes, and there’s always only one person actually preparing the food while their other 3 coworkers are hiding in the back hitting their dab pens. They’re always “out of stuff” that I know for a fact that they have more of in the back, but just don’t want to pour it into a bottle or the pan, and the portions that are given are so bad. Definitely don’t recommend this location, unless you want a stoned 18 year old to throw together some half effort slop.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE AT THIS LOCATION. In person, this location is great, staff are friendly, etc. No complaints there and would have given five stars solely on those experiences. However, recently, as soon as the staff are not preparing my orders in front of my face, I have been repeatedly cheaped out on. The latest thing I ordered online was supposed to be a regular sized steak and shrimp bowl, and when I opened it up, there was no steak, only six pieces of shrimp, and the shrimp wasn't quite at its usual quality either. With how extra friendly the staff are in person, it's really hard to believe they would do this on purpose to their online-ordering customers. This is the third time in a row something like this has happened lately from my online orders, but this last one was, by a significant margin, the worst of the three: I absolutely did not get what was paid for. I do not seek compensation, I seek change. I will make an attempt to edit my review if I ever find that this situation improves, but I will likely be avoiding online orders here for a bit.

We ordered a larger order for a football game. The food was great, the manager double checked our order to make sure we had everything. All the employees were very helpful and courteous.

This is my favorite qdoba in Fort Colins! It's so fast and convenient being able to order ahead and pick up my food at the drive through. The employees are friendly and make really yummy burritos! They also have the best chips and queso!

I got rung up before I could tell him what I wanted and kept getting push back for asking for the medium sized cup of queso and and 4th side. Don't check me out to early or wrong and then be rude to me like it's my fault you did that. I'd be happy to pay extra to get what I want on my meal, but don't appreciate the attitude.
