You'll have quicker service if you park a mile away and walk inside than if you use the drive-thru. You can ask for "easy" on whatever condiment/s you want and it'll be "extra" still. Remember to ask for napkins in the drive-thru because they will not provide them even though your 3 "easy" sauces are leaking through the bag. Expect to pay more than double the value of the items. Tried something different than my normal chicken bacon ranch and I was highly satisfied. I believe it was the steak fajita something or other but it was delicious ready fast and great customer service!!
The food is consistent. When the machine didn't give me my change, the counter version just said, sorry, and that was that. I know service is spotty everywhere due to the labor shortage, but there were three people working, and we were the only people in there. I go in here a couple times a month because it's close to my house, but I would not go out of my way to stop in. They definitely have some training issues here, and there are never the same people working there anytime...read full review
