If this location doesn’t hire more employees I will launch a civil rights campaign against the company highlighting the trauma and abuse endured by one single individual operating an entire restaurant with a line of ten people. The amount of integrity and discipline this kind hearted women has is impressive and noteworthy.

Can you believe that a hair appeared in my sandwich today, 02/03/2024, and the manager has the nerve to tell me "don't worry, we'll prepare another one." Screw you, I don't want your hair sandwich.

Placed an order online. Went to the store to pick it up. My order wasn't ready although I ordered it 3 1/2 hours ago. The two girls working there said they just arrived so it wasn't their fault. One of the girls who seemed to be in charge was the rudest person I've ever encountered! I told her to cancel my order and I'd go somewhere else. As I walked out the girls mocked me making rude gestures and sarcastically waved bye.No wonder there's no one ever in this Subway. I'll never go back.

Im not going to lie, this is one of the most efficient locations in Fort Collins. Ive been going here for a while now and every employee who has attended me has been so generous and helpful. Clean at all times, fast working employees and always fresh food. Ive been at other locations and they are always out of something but this location will always have everything in stock. Super glad new management has taken over, definitely did a 180 since opening back up last year. Thank you Elizabeth and the employees!! Look at those tomatoes!!!

This particular location has lost my business multiple times because they are the only Subway in Fort Collins that doesn't accept certain coupon codes in the Subway app that all the other locations accept.I'll gladly drive an extra 4 minutes down the road to save $10.Whoever owns this franchise needs to change this or they're going to continue to lose business to other Subways.It's a real shame too, because this location is within walking distance for me. I would have spent dozens of dollars here by now if it wasn't for the code thing.

One of my favorite locations in town. Staff is very friendly, clean atmosphere and delicious sandwiches!! Got served by the store manager today and she made sure my sandwich was made just the way I liked it! Glad its back open! Better management than before it closed! Thanks for improving Subway.

It was a nice sweater weather day, until Subway swooped in with that nasty food poisioning...Only an hour after eating half a foot long did it become a rock in my stomach. Another hour later and the bathroom was a warzone. Which hasn't changed for the last 8 hours.I know i'm being a little silly here, but seriously, don't trust the food to be safe.

I like this Subway, and I usually come here when I get Subway. I always get the veggie patty here. Today when I came in I asked for the veggie patty, and the clerk looked at me like I was asking for something they didn’t offer. He claimed they didn’t carry it. I told him I always order it here and have been for some time. He refused to look for it and stubbornly repeated they don’t carry it there. I left without my sandwich.They do carry the veggie patty at the campus subway at Shields and Elizabeth, and they were much nicer there.

As a dasher I will never pick up from here again!! The team members threw away the online order by mistake which I understand. But the fact they made me wait an additional 20 minutes past the order delivery time was unacceptable!! I was not offered a single thing while I wait. I am on a strict time as a dasher, and they did not represent your company in the correct light. Disappointing.

The two workers at this location at 1:10pm gave me the BEST service I've ever gotten at a subway, and usually the service I get is just awful. They were attentive and knowledgeable, they were very good at multi tasking talking to me and making my sandwiches and dealing with their various tasksThey knocked it out of the park
