Ryan was incredible, the marathon was today so the place was busy!!! They ran out of the ingredients for some of the vegan options so we weren’t actually able to get anything other than a chai but the customer service, the fact he explained to us and genuinely felt bad made the experience great. I can’t really rate the food but I imagine it would’ve been as great as the service.

Great place for a sweet tooth.Stick with signature drinks. Terrible coffee and got a half cup of mud water. I ordered the chicken and waffles. The chicken was thick extra crispy crust fresh out of a dirty fryer.syrup was hotter then the, luke warm at best,Chicken. Wouldn't recommend anything other then the fruit options for your Belgian style.

Top notch waffle concoctions!! Sweet or Savory, I seriously doubt you can go wrong with anything you choose. The European Sugar Pearls (imported from Europe) in the waffles add a delightful crunch!

I tried the raspberry mocha and that was delicious! Even with half of the raspberry syrup. I also got the chicken and waffles. The chicken and the waffle were good but the gravy could have used more flavor. Also, they could have given a little more syrup to go with the meal. The food came out in record time and the service was very pleasant. I would like to try some of the sweet options next time to get more taste of the waffle without gravy interfering.

Great food! You can get sweet or savory or spicy! Truly something for everyone! Very reasonably priced. It's an order at the counter type of place but the food doesn't match that, in a good way! They do have alcohol as well. Fast casual and delicious!

The Waffle Lab is one of my favorite breakfast places in Fort Collins. My favorite waffle is the European. All the staff members are really nice and I haven't had a single bad experience.

The Waffle Lab never fails me!I love the European Waffle (Nutella, strawberries, banana) and the best part about it is that it doesn't sound like a lot of food, but I can assure you that I can never finish just one waffle.

Waffle Lab is probably my favorite breakfast place in Fort Collins, and there are a ton of great ones to choose from. Their liege waffles are life-changing; you'll never want regular waffles again! The chicken and waffles is my favorite savory dish, and every component is delicious! The waffles are sweet and don't get soggy, the chicken is fried to perfection, and the sausage gravy is delightful. Their sweet waffles are all amazing, and their fruit cup is huge and full of high-quality fresh fruit. The servers are always cheery and nice, and whenever I get pick-up there is a little doodle on the bag (which I love!). The parking lot is a bit annoying to get in and out of, but it's well worth it! It's also within a short walking distance from the parking garages downtown, which is very convenient! Overall just a great waffle and a great experience!
