I came to visit Fort Collins for the first time and was told this place had great PHO! I was not disappointed at all! I got the Lemongrass chicken pho and it was happiness in my belly. HUGE PORTIONS:)
To say I love this place is an understatement! The food is outstanding and the service is great, too. Try the spring rolls. We like to eat them the traditional way in the lettuce leaves with all the accompanyments in it. The fish sauce is mouth-watering. Young's has been open for over three decades and there is a reason for this. It's soooooooo good!
