I have never had a Verde matcha Blended latte this watery. Not from any other Ziggi's. Using the excuse that it's because it is sugar free is not acceptable because every Ziggy's that I've gone to has made this sugar-free without having it that watery. The drive-through cashier then proceeded to tell me that the only way to make it like a smoothie and not so watery was by using reduced sugar powder in it and had an attitude about it. Last few times have been iffy. I love Ziggi's but this location could use some retraining. Last time, I asked for almond milk and I hear some confusion in the back about chocolate milk, and my ticket said chocolate milk. So I don't know what I actually got. Then this time, I asked for almond milk and they asked me again if I wanted oat milk and I said sure, but then it came with whipped cream on top. That wasn't an issue for me, but it could be for some people with allergies....read full review
