I just came by Ziggis trying to help my dad who is hard of hearing to pick up the order we made. It turns out we made it to the wrong location. I was asking some questions about refunds and the person I was speaking to told me that they couldn’t hear us very well and to pull up. We did pull up and when I asked about placing an order with them they told me I would have to go to the back of the line to do so. I understood that we made the error with ordering however I didn’t understand why we were treated poorly when asking to do the order once more. I wish we would have been not seen as an inconvenience over a simple mistake.The person at the window could have still taken my order and told me to wait for it in front of the business. Especially seeing how we were having difficulty communicating.

I have never had a Verde matcha Blended latte this watery. Not from any other Ziggi's. Using the excuse that it's because it is sugar free is not acceptable because every Ziggy's that I've gone to has made this sugar-free without having it that watery. The drive-through cashier then proceeded to tell me that the only way to make it like a smoothie and not so watery was by using reduced sugar powder in it and had an attitude about it. Highly disappointed in the cities as I was hoping that it would be similar to the others that I have been to. It is definitely not and I won't be returning.

I love ziggis and I have given this location so many chances. Every time I come here the girls working the window seem so confused and overwhelmed. I have had a bad experience every single time.Recently we had to wait a very long time for our coffee, the owner gave us some free coffee cards and when we came back to use them and it took 3 of them including the owner to figure out how to use the coupons. The wait for this was 3X as long as the wait that got us the cards. It wasn’t handled well, especially considering the owner was there.Last time today. Won’t be back.

Last few times have been iffy. I love Ziggi's but this location could use some retraining. Last time, I asked for almond milk and I hear some confusion in the back about chocolate milk, and my ticket said chocolate milk. So I don't know what I actually got. Then this time, I asked for almond milk and they asked me again if I wanted oat milk and I said sure, but then it came with whipped cream on top. That wasn't an issue for me, but it could be for some people with allergies. Be careful!

Ziggies has proven to be a wonderful start to a day for us. The coffee is great (I think that the coffee bean quality is better than most, fresher) and the smoothies are lovely. I personally like the mango the best. Super friendly people, too. Another reviewer mentioned that the speaker for the drive up was bad? Well, that is old news. They fixed that problem entirely: the new speaker is easy to find and works just fine.
Got a medium hazelnut latte it was good but not great. Could of used a little more flavor expensive like most coffee places.. ridiculous 2 medium coffees is 13.00. absolutely insanity.. never again. Thought I'd try it out. ????
