I think this is a training location.I asked for 2 Whopper Jrs without tomato. I got tomato on both. They apparently don't do special orders and want people in and out of there.If anyone is allergic to certain ingredients, avoid this location because if it has it, they use it.

My recent experience at Burger King's drive-thru on Saturday night left much to be desired, thanks to an encounter with an employee whose behavior was far from acceptable. With a half-head of dreads and half-curly hair on top, he seemed more interested in rushing me through my order than providing any semblance of decent service.As I attempted to place my order, he kept interrupting me with a "Are you done?" after every item I requested, displaying impatience and a complete lack of regard for customer satisfaction. Despite my efforts to clarify my order, he seemed more preoccupied with hurrying me along than getting it right.Upon receiving my order, it was abundantly clear that my requests had been disregarded entirely. Each item seemed hastily assembled, as though little care had been given to its preparation. When I attempted to address the issue, his response was dismissive and borderline disrespectful, further exacerbating an already unpleasant situation.This type of behavior is simply unacceptable, especially from an employee representing a globally recognized fast-food chain like Burger King. The drive-thru experience should be convenient and efficient, but it should never come at the expense of basic courtesy and professionalism. Burger King must address such issues promptly to uphold its reputation for quality service and customer satisfaction.

Went through drive thru today. Ordered a couple sandwiches and fries and asked for a sm ice water. The "manager" Diego told me they do not have water at that location. ? I replied really?? I've always ordered an ice water with my meal. As I pulled up to the window, he proceeded to tell me the water spicket was broke. Like, really...? okay whatever then. Another team member came to the window and apologized for her manager and gave me the ice water. There were other inappropriate things that was said under the lines of "oh wrong lady" in terms of a misunderstanding with another customer apparently. On that note this so called manager will be getting reported for horrible customer service and I will be notifying upper management. As for the kind young lady that gave me the ice water and was sincerely apologetic. She deserves a promotion,"his" job!!

This afternoon I was trying to grab some quick lunch for me and my staff decided to go to the Burger King that’s on 8587 and Fountain, and had the best experience at a fast food place that I’ve had in a long time. The managers name was Joel and he was Efficient pleasant to talk to and knows how to satisfy his customers I’ve been coming to this place since I was a kid they need to keep more managers like him.

i went friday and i had such terrible service with an employee i think his name was diego or something like that but he had an attitude and was very unprofessional, showing me a lack of care for customer service, he was also very slow in taking my order even when there was no one in the store or the drive thru. overall i think he couldve been high and i just had a really disappointing experience with everything besides the food

They are always so busy. But they do have the best fried on 85/87’s strip of fast food places. It’s a pain trying to get help from anyone to order inside to eat though.
