We go there quite often. The service was a bit slow but the kids at the window would give us a free cheese cake for inconvenience but the last time I went before they closed. I was ordering for a few people and one order I had never heard of so I was asking the kid on the mic quest about it and I apologized. I did not finish my order since the kids in the background were hurring the guy on the mic mind you there was not another car in the back of me at the time. When I got to the window a slow manager said I was rude and not to cone back. What! You all are being rude hurting me up I had more to order. Idiots. I hope they have a better staff. That is why they kept the lobby closed at all times because their rude kid staff. Not all but there were a few.

Barely a business. They close at 5 on a Saturday, can't online order for pickup, the doors are locked, and you can barely hear the speaker (almost silent), so ordering is virtually impossible. Whoever owns it doesn't care about this business at all, it's obvious. If I was to wager a guess there's something shady going on, because no way they are making enough to remain a business selling so few hamburgers to the rare tiny select few who actually figure out how to order. What a joke.

They are closed down. I think the owner is trying to hide it from corporate. There hasn't been anyone there for a few days. To the "owner" reply: If you don't know that no one has been at your restaurant and it has been closed for the last 3 days, there is a Wal-Mart 50 yards away you should look into getting a job there.

I normally don't do reviews, but considering they charged my card EXTRA $$$$. I believe I will. I'm genuinely an understanding person, worked in fast food myself. I'm fully aware things can happen beyond your control. We were told we'd have to wait on our Medium sized Soft drinks because the machine was down. We didn't mind. They then told us that they couldn't fix it, but because of the inconvenience they would change them to milk shakes. (I've done this before myself). Something I've NEVER done, was CHARGE people EXTRA for it and WITHOUT their knowledge. If I would of know they were going to Charge us for them. We would have absolutely said NO. First and Only time I will EVER eat at Jack n the Box.

this location is ALWAYS closed. supposed to be open at 8 AM and drive thru is blocked off and not a single car in parking lot and no lights are on. change your posted times if you won’t be open as listed. this is the 5+ time they’ve been closed

Wish I could give 0 stars. Why are the Jack In The Boxes closed all the time these days? And why does it say they're open, when they obviously aren't? I wanted to take my kids there yesterday for drive thru & everything was closed up even though online says open. So we drove to another location on north powers/s carefree and it was closed too. A waste of gas. Jack In The Box used to not have these issues with being open and had better service and food until I believe this past year. Wish us reviewers could comment on each other's reviews, cause I have no idea what is going on with these places. A sign of today's society? I don't know.
Why does this place stay open. We tried to stop by to get Lunch at 12:30 and they were only doing drive thru which I get with short staff but the drive thru was blocked off. I went to the door and someone popped out and said they were on a 30 minute break. How are you going to have the whole store be on a break at 12:30 lunchtime and after having been closed for a couple of weeks for “maintenance”
