Best bbq with their own style I've had in Colorado. If you're looking for texan / arkansas / Carolina or nuthin bbq, move a long this isn't the droids you're looking for. If you're open to something exceptionally well done but authentically its own style, this place was made for you.
Very hip, cozy place with great beer ...most all of which are gluten reduced!!! Big plus for those with allergies. Staff is extremely personable and attentive in this busy bar. Worth a stop in. I know it might be blasphemy being from Texas and all, but this is easily top three brisket I have had. Hard to even comprehend how brisket this good could exist outside Texas.

This may be a much better bar experience than a bbq experience. We served ourselves so technically I give ourselves 5 stars for getting our own chairs ready and moving tables, and also we get 5 more stars for walking to the bar and ordering then going to pick up the food at the window.As luck would have it I got the jerky, hard tack style ribs, and while those were ok, they didn’t fall off the bone as much as remind me of the rugged tough mtns we just skied.
