Terrible experience, at first it was great but then when I drove off I realized then didn’t give me my card and I came back and they said “we don’t have your card, we must’ve put it in the bag” After that experience I went home and checked the bag and no card was there. I cancelled the card because if I didn’t realize, that could’ve costed me a lot more money.

They made a mistake on my order (I recived a 2 piece dinner extra side large drink vs. what I wanted and ordered 3 piece box meal) I brought it to the clerks attention and she didn't even acknowledge me, took the recipt and got the manager. The meal and recipt matched and she was confused and said it was correct, but it was not what I ordered! I gave up and just ate what they gave me pointless to deal with such poor service.

This is specific to Frisco, CO. They’re in partnership with DoorDash so anytime I have ordered via the kfc app it takes 45 mins, 55 mins, 65 mins, an hour and a half for one order. Can’t contact anyone easily to get a refund or even just ask if there is a driver coming. They’re also unfriendly and I think they all hate their jobs. I ordered through DoorDash and though their app just now as an experiment and have been finished eating the DoorDash order for 20 mins and still am receiving text messages informing me of an additional wait from my order via the kfc app. Doesn’t make any sense. Will not order here again.

The chicken pot pie was delicious! The restaurant/bathroom was unkempt, and the employees didn't seem to want to be there. Trash around the perimeter.

Our order was packed up quickly, and the food was hot and fresh. The ladies behind the counter were helpful and friendly. As far as the atmosphere goes, we did take out, so this wasn't something we noticed that much.

Last month I ordered at drive thru and asked for a bucket of drum and thigh part. The lady was keep saying no and I asked if they still have those and started yelling at me. When I went to the window I checked the bucket and it was already portioned. And this morning, I went there to order a bucket and asked for the same thing, the guy said yes and then he gets the bucket and it is already portioned again. And I didn't get what I asked for. This is not a "language barrier" thing. They are not well-trained and always giving an attitude.

I asked for the employee to drop me fresh and she with out even looking at me said all our food is fresh. Only mad eye contact with an attitude. When I got my food it was just re-dropped in the fryer, which made it worse. Not pleased with me experience.

My family has been here twice and the first time sucked. Nothing was done correctly. Not event the side items. The Front Counter person was also not very friendly. Second experience was a lot better. We ordered pick up for the second time and food was correct. The food here tastes pretty decent and is cheap.

Service was super fast, ordered at the drive-up kiosk and paid at the window. And had the food in a matter of seconds and was on my way.Got home with the food and was quite disappointed ☹️ everything had a weird flavor to it I was not impressed with the food quality at all. The corn was like it had set out for quite awhile. The gravy had an unusual aroma and the chicken was dry and did not taste like the KFC we are used to. Oh well , hope I don't get sick, ate what I could before losing my appetite.Kinda like getting candy corn in your advent calendar! Ugh!! I guess none of us can be all that everyday.
