Went in to get a lunch before playing frisbee golf. They had a great menu option for bbq options. The second you walk in you feel at home. I got the chicken chips with the poppy’s fries and OMG WAS IT GOOD. Plus FREE REFILLS.

My partner and I we disappointed by $15 chicken sandwiches: nice batter, fresh garnish, but very thin and tough meat, about a quarter of a breast of chicken pounded out. The pickles were really delicious, but overall a poor value.

Got some wings about a month ago at the Rimrock Walmart parking lot and I have to say that they were the most awful wings I’ve ever had, way over cooked and no flavor at all and the fries were disgusting! Didn’t even eat the fries, had to throw them

I love the salad with chicken. I have never had a salad with so many different additions to it. The boiled eggs and the beets are just great in this salad. I have had this salad at least a dozen times and it never disappoints. My son had the 2 piece fried chicken and he said it was great too. If someone has a problem with the packets of salt, pepper, ketchup, etc. they should just go to some fancy high $$$ place.Mickey O.

The chicken is good, however the packets of ketchup, hot sauce plastic forks etc are more like corner cutting fast food franchise. When you have no waitress but shill for a tip anyway at the register is cheap and disgusting. You are a family owned business there is no $2 an hour waitresss, just entitlement....

Tried Mike's Famous Chicken in Fruita. They have more than chicken! My husband got the rib special, and I got the fried flounder! Both were really delicious, we were impressed, and the service was outstanding! Sometimes, they have hamburgers, which I will have to try! We highly recommend Mike's Famous Chicken!!

Top this folks. This year we asked the Big Mike's family to cater a large event. This was the best idea we have had in a long time. They fed 450 people in under an hour and there were ZERO complaints! Not one of the 450 people were disappointed in the quality of the food or the service Big Mike provided. They even covered the vegetarians at the event with smoked Beyond Burgers! We could not have been happier with the food! It was amazing.

I heard a lot about this place and decided to try their "famous" chicken! I was not disappointed! My go to is always chicken tenders whenever I order chicken, so I ordered chicken tenders they are big and ordered sweet potato fries as well as coleslaw. They were al delish! My friends ordered the pickle juice marinated chicken (I don't remember what they called it) and she let me try some and it was tasty! I don't go to Fruita much but whenever I get a chance to visit there, this is one of my fav places to go.
