“Uchi beckons with a tantalizing array of Japanese-inspired dishes, promising a culinary adventure brimming with freshness and innovation. Yet, amidst the gastronomic delights, a surprising discovery awaits those who entrust their vehicles to the unusual valet service.Indulge in the oceanic bliss of the dayboat scallops, or savor the umami-rich symphony of the "Mushroom Rice Bowl." Unfortunately, our first rice bowl arrived with only a fraction of the rice it normally boasts, leaving us momentarily puzzled. However, attentive service swiftly remedied the situation, ensuring our culinary journey remained on track. However, the valet experience leaves much to be desired. Despite the convenience of valet service, there's a lurking uncertainty. Our vehicle found itself enduring a full-on blizzard in an unexpected parking spot across the street, despite ample space in the parking garage. This raises questions about the value of the valet service, as it may not guarantee the protection and convenience one would expect for a $5 fee. That being said, Uchi invites diners to embark on a flavorful journey, where culinary excellence meets unexpected parking quirks. While the cuisine delights, the valet experience may leave some questioning its worth. Proceed with caution and perhaps opt for self-parking to avoid an unexpected inconvenience.“
“I had the pleasure to eat at this fine establishment over the weekend with some great people! Let’s just say Sushi Den do not disappoint for my fist experience and will definitely be back. Everything was awesome from the cocktails to the Nigiri and high end Whisky!“
“I came to Bamboo with my friend who lives in the area. I was visiting her from New York and she mentioned that we had to make time to get sushi here. Our waitress was Kait who was very kind and attentive. For an appetizer we split the mixed green salad (not pictured but so good) and the spicy tuna crispy rice which were both filled with delicious flavor. Due to our hunger level, we only ordered one special roll to split. We got the Garden of Eden roll which was so amazing. It was the perfect amount of food to split. One more roll would have been ordered if we were hungrier. Definitely would want to come back the next time I'm in Denver!!“
“I first heard of Wellness Sushi when they sold their products at Nooch Market (RIP), but never had a chance to try it until last night. I loved everything I ordered, Krunchy Krab, Ohnagi Roll, and Love in the Edo. I can't wait to go back again!“
“If you're looking for something a little bit different but not off the deep end strange, then this is a good restaurant to try. The restaurant appeared to be very clean. Because my wife and I had never been to this restaurant we didn't know what or how to order the meals, but the cashier was very Informative and went the extra step to make recommendations. The food was good. We visited for dinner, but I would imagine it would make more sense to go for lunch, because of the way the food is served. People get their meal on a tray then they walk to their seat, and when they're done they take their tray and put it on the counter. I know this sounds kind of random and it felt random, that's why I mention it. The price is affordable there were 2 of us and we didn't spend over 30 bucks. I would recommend this place to a friend especially if you're looking for something different, clean, affordable, and most importantly tasty.Parking: Reasturant is in a shopping center. The parking lot is big and busy, but there is always parking available.Kid-friendliness: They dont have a play place, but It's as kid friendly as anywhere else.Wheelchair accessibility: I don't recall any handicap section that doesn't mean there wasn't one, but the way the reasturant is set up, somebody with a wheelchair would have no issues ordering their food and pulling up to a table.“
“We had such a great experience here! The food was delightful - I would highly recommend going with a group and trying several of the rolls. The dragon and naruto rolls were my favorite.Cost is to be expected, honestly some better prices than comparable sushi in the area! I will definitely come back. Also not pictured is a delicious chocolate cake that we got, as we were celebrating a birthday! Such a nice surprise!PS there are several TVs, I think this would be a great place to catch a game!“
“I’ve been here twice now and the atmosphere is lovely. Service the figurative time was good and the second time the server as not great. We waited for 10 mins after finishing our food for him to check in or get our check. There was a miscommunication with our food order and I received a chicken curry when I was wanting a chicken cutlet curry. The manager/owner? said they would remake it even after I said I was fine with the meal and would eat it. Make sure if you want the friend version to ask for the CUTLET. Food is delicious and definitely worth the price!“
“My boyfriend and I came to eat and drink here. We were very lucky there was room for us. The food was phenomenal and we had a lychee sake, super delicious ?. The servers were wonderful we couldn't help but notice how well dressed and pretty some of them were. Our server was Jessica, she was also very pretty and attentive to us. Thank you!!! ✌?❤️?“
“This is my go to spot for takeout! I love their sushi and the spicy edamame is my favorite. Reasonable prices, delicious food and for takeout, everything is prepared pretty quickly and the employees are always so nice. I never get tired of ordering from here!“
“Best Sushi experience we have ever had! I forgot to get our servers name but she was so personable, attentive and made great recommendations. Bluefin was to die for. Taco was not chewy and had a very clean flavor… clearly everything was very fresh. We tried the Wagyu roll or something different and were not disappointed as it had incredible flavor! And definitely end your meal with the crêpe cake …not too sweet full of flavor…don’t share. Next time we go we will be sure to make a reservation. We will be back!“
“Second time eating here--would definitely recommend! Lovely service, chefs, and environment. Will always recommend their Manhattan and of course, any of the chef specials! Looking forward to my next visit with chefs, Larry and Marin! Excited to try Omakase!“
“I was a bit skeptical to eat at Enso, and almost went elsewhere but wow. I am SO GLAD we stuck with our plans. Please oh please look no further for amazing sushi than Enso. We were happy to have great help deciding on perfect dishes, a wine to pair, and appetizer, by an amazing server who guided us expertly to wonderful choices. I don't recall all the names but he first brought out yellowtail sashimi which was incredible-topped with crunchy goodness and a hint of hot. One of the rolls was a foxy lady, and the other one was topped with strawberry sauce. A third was rolled with cucumber- a perfect, light end to the meal. We ordered three rolls in all, plus the appetizer. It was only two of us and we left satisfied, leaving nothing on the plate. I can't wait to go back and enjoy more. Our server also suggested we come back for some of the dinner selections including habachi meals. I hope to visit really soon and will let everyone know Enso is where they need to go for incredibly fresh, innovative and delicious sushi.“
“100% my new favorite place to get sushi! I came across this place the other day and after reading all the reviews I knew I had to check this place out. Cannot beat their happy hour which is also on the weekends which is so nice. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, can't wait to go back!“
“My husband and I love this place. We live in Colorado Springs, and when we crave it, we drive all the way to Katsu Ramen just to enjoy their ramen and onigiris!Every time we visit, they're always busy and packed! That's how you'll know this place is a must-have!If you order ramen with onigiriTry to dip your onigiri in the soup. It's really fire!“
“Please bring back the old ramen recipes. We miss the really good vegetarian ramen and the Tonkotsu ramen recipe. The new recipes are bland and don't have the veggies and flavor of the originals! Best small bites: crispy spicy tuna, honey miso eggplant and short ribs.“
“This small place was huuuuge in flavor. The service was great as well. I had the Tonkatsu Ramen and the pork was perrrrrfect! The broth, bean sprouts, corn, nori, naruto, and egg completed the dish with a chef's kiss. I highly recommend this place.“
“The sushi was superb and the service very good. But the noise level made it not a very pleasant experience. After the music was turned off it was better. A close table of 8 were loud - with no sound dampening features their laughter and conversations were unpleasant.“
“Pretty good place. I've had takeout a couple times at this point and they're very welcoming. While some of their sushi is about as expensive as you'd expect from a sushi place, they have a couple budget rolls that are of far higher quality than the grocery-store stuff yet competitive in price. That's amazing on its own and probably explains their popularity a bit. From what I've discussed with other customers while waiting for my food, everyone has nothing but good things to say.Definitely a place worth visiting.“
“This is not your typical sushi experience! (In a great kind of way!)The food was incredibly fresh, delicate, and delectable; the service was attentive, grounded, and kind; and the decor and ambiance were classy and charming.Everything we tried was wonderful:* The dragon roll* The pink lady roll* The philly roll* A few handrolls (spicy tuna, Rocky mountain, unagi). Btw, "open-faced style" has a presentation and composition, and is worth a try.* House made dessert (tonight, we had a banana custard mousse, which was delicious)So glad we discovered this place!“
“Wonderful Server I believe her name was Christina I'm not for sure but she was excellent we had a large party and she handled it like a professional. All of the sushi was excellent. The only gripe I had was we ordered the spicey edimame and it tasted very fishy... Other than that everything was great. I will be back I just won't be ordering the edimame next time.“
“Fantastic sushi and fairly affordable. We are visiting Denver, and we loved the quality so much that we went a second time during our trip. 2 Hour parking is available along the road. There was no wait on a Friday and on Sunday. Would absolutely return. The rolls pictured are the Orenji, Red Dragon Roll and the scallop rolls x2“
“We love their sushi, and they do have a lot of options, including vegan sushi, with very inventive rolls. We often bring non-vegan friends, and they are always blown away by the vast array of choices and how good each roll is no matter what they order. YUM!Vegetarian options: A lot of vegetarian and vegan rolls.Dietary restrictions: Vegan and vegetarian rolls“
“Great atmosphere, attentive and caring staff, and even better food!I was blown away by the presentation. The sushi was laid out on a boat with a mini ice sculpture and smoky dry ice.Mika Sushi is a must if you love sushi! I will definitely be back!“
“Very small intimate hand-roll sushi spot. Delicious. Always fresh. Each roll made as you finish the last. Friendly servers. Great wine, beer, saki, and whisky selection. It’s an our favorite spot! Make sure you get a Reservation!Dietary restrictions: Gluten and veggie friendly!“
“I am addicted to this place. I am in love with their Shoyu ramen with soft boiled egg and their vegetable tempura. There are many options for other ramen as well as other Japanese dishes and sushi. It's small but cozy. I just love it!“
“It has the most delicious Japanese food and most notably, great hospitality. If you're in Denver, this is the place to go for a delicious meal. Please call ahead for reservations. My friends rave about the food here. Don't forget to try the chocolate cake and pineapple flip cake. We will probably go back tonight because we loved it so much. I had the tofu steak and spicy garlic edema beans. Gyoza, paneo oysters, baby back ribs and teriyaki chicken. The sushi rolls were good too!“
“The waiter was excellent. He gave us the best suggestion and the right amount to get for 5 people, especially when something is really good so we need two or more orders! The food is second to none. My one wine who does not normally eat fish, will at Matsuhisa. Every bite is delectable. My son's girlfriend took one bite of her toro sashimi and began crying because she couldn't believe how delicious it was! The cocktail drinks are just as amazing in taste and presentation, as the food!“
“This is the best sushi in metro Denver in my opinion. Sushi Den, and Temaki are great, but I think this is underrated and better. In particular the Master's Sushi with the crispy rice is terrific, miso eggplant is unique and delicious, and my favorites are the mango salmon hand roll and the scallop hand roll. The seaweed in the hand rolls is absolutely perfect.“
“I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now and I’m never disappointed. The fried rice is the best fried rice i’ve ever had! I always get the hibachi chicken with extra yum yum sauce, and it’s so flavorful, well seasoned, and delicious. If you like hibachi style food you’ll love it here. The restaurant itself is clean, service is quick, and friendly.“
“My first time tried Sawara Sushi!! Very very satisfied!! Great service, even greater food!! I would say one of the best sushi spot in Denver in terms of food quality, taste, presentation, and definitely service. Very kind and friendly server, and from the menus that we ordered, the rolls and the sashimi, they are amazing!! Totally recommending this place for sure and definitely will return for sushi craves for sure!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“
“This place is really such a local gem! My wife and I live nearby and this has become our go to spot! Every meal is delicious and the sushi is so fresh. Their sushi combo meals come with soup and salad and let me tell you, the rolls aren’t small! And finally…the staff is welcoming and really on point! Would highly recommend!!!!“
“We were wandering around the Union Station area and dropped in here. Fantastic food and great service. Our server recommended the Shoshito Peppers and that was a first for both of us - but we loved them. The music was slightly loud for our tastes, but not too bad.“
“I have been searching for a classic Chinese food spot with CLASSIC PRICES (if you know what I mean) the staff are very friendly! Ordered the steak hibachi and chicken dumplings it was very hot and fresh when I picked it up! It doesn’t get better than this! They have themselves a new customer!“
“Asuka Ramen has been a longtime favorite of ours, and we were excited to see a new restaurant closer to us in Aurora. The inside of the restaurant is cute, small dining area and they even have a little bar for you to sit at as well. The staff greeted us quickly and were patient with us while looking over the menu. Now onto the food, our go-to entree is the Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen. It is spicy but not super intense, and has really great flavor. The Spring Rolls were nothing special but taste like your standard veggie spring roll. The Lychee Boba Juice was good as well. The DTC location has Pork Belly Buns and we were disappointed to see the new location does not have this on the menu. My favorite thing about this restaurant besides the ramen is how they prepare your to-go orders. They separate your broth and noodles so that your noodles do not get soggy. We cannot wait to go back and get more ramen, highly recommend this spot!!“
“Best ramen ever. I am new to the whole real ramen thing but since I found NEKO Ramen & Rice. its literally all I'm in the mood to eat its both filling and decent priced. You get what you want the real ramen experience. If it was all you could eat I would have it everyday. It the bomb best place ever can't wait to go get more...!!!“
“WOW! Stopped here for a late dinner after shopping at H Mart and was SO pleasantly surprised. Cocktails were incredible! (Try the Japanese old fashioned) And sashimi is excellent here. Very pleased with our rolls - very well made and designed, and extremely good fish quality. Make room for dessert too - the matcha tiramisu is almost too good for words!“
“This is a great Chinese take-out place! Highly recommend it. The Mongolian Beef and Hot and Sour soup is best I’ve had in Denver. The Kung Pao chicken is very very good, so is the Sesame chicken. It’s also 30%+ cheaper than all the other places. It’s our new go to, I haven’t had a bad dish here yet.“
“This place is a must for sushi in Denver. First of all, they comp your parking!!! I’ve never had a restaurant comp parking before, especially downtown. My girlfriend and I came here after an AV’s game, and ended up parking at the 1601 garage. It wasn’t until our server, Mikayla (who was fantastic) told us about the parking at the end of our meal, that we realized we can come here before AV’s or Rockies games, eat a fantastic meal, and park from 4pm-5am!!!! The sushi is fresh and better than Sushi Den imo. The staff is friendly, the manager is great, we love this place and will be back very soon. The prices are competitive with any sushi restaurant in Denver, plus they have happy hour 4-6, 7 days a week, and 9-11 on Friday and Saturday nights. Where The Blue Fish really shines is the plating. Every dish we had was beautiful, highly recommend you try this hidden gem.Parking: 1601 garage. After dining, we were given a voucher to scan. Park from 4pm-5am.“
“If you’re passing by this place and checking the reviews to see if it’s worth it like I was I can’t urge you enough of do yourself a favor and stop in for the most delicious bowl of ramen you’ve ever had. This not only nourished my stomach but also nourished my soul. Spicy ramen with Beef was amazing but I can’t imagine you could go wrong with anything here.“
“Great sushi, excellent service, but its very loud, not because of the patrons, but the music they have blasting over the stereo. I've been twice and the music is so loud I can't have a conversation with anyone else at the table because we can't hear each other.“
“My husband and I have been dining here for the last couple of years and every time we are blown away by how delicious and consistent the food is! The service is top notch and the staff are always friendly. Recommend the shumai and salad as starters, also all of the sushi rolls are good quality fish. We have tried all of the ramens and have enjoyed each one- great flavor and authentic. Hands down one of the best restaurants in Denver.“
“This place was pretty awesome! We ate here for the first time last night after a long day at the St. Paddy's Day parade, and the ramen definitely hit the spot! The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars was because of the seating arrangements. They have this long table on the other side of the wall when you first come in and we were sat at the end closest to the front door area and it was just a little cramped and the seats weren't too comfortable. Other than that, no complaints!Service was great, they were pretty busy, so I wasn't bothered by the extra time it took for our server to get to us. Our server was G, and we got very well taken care of regardless! Very good service!Food really did hit the spot! I ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen with an egg, he ordered the Shoyu Ramen with the spicy sesame oil on the side (so he could control how spicy it was), and we also ordered some Seared Tuna and Salmon Nigiri and the Volcano Roll! The nigiri was excellent! They are very generous with the size of the sushi for the nigiri, which makes it worth the cost per piece. The volcano roll was also great and had 8 pieces in it. The only gripe I have was with the ramen I ordered. The pork slices were cut a little too thick, and they were a bit dry, and the ramen needed a little more salt added because the flavor was just a smidge on the bland side. However, it was still very good, and I was pleasantly happy with it overall! We had a great first visit here so I do recommend checking this place out if you're in the area, especially if you're staying at the Hilton hotel across the street since it's within walking distance!Parking: Parking is tricky in this area because it's also full of apartments above the restaurants. If you can find a spot, take it.“
“A Flavorful Escape in Montclair, DenverStep into a world of flavor at Kassai Sushi, nestled in Denver's charming Montclair neighborhood. This zen oasis offers a modern twist on classic sushi favorites, served with a smile. The Spider Roll, a crispy delight of soft-shell crab, and the Spicy Shrimp Roll with just the right kick, were our favorites. Paired with the comforting warmth of their Miso Soup, it was a meal to remember. So good, we found ourselves back the next day! Whether you're a sushi pro or a newbie, Kassai Sushi is a must-visit for its friendly service, incredible food, and serene vibe.Kid-friendliness: We brought our 8 month old.“
“I grew up in Seattle and Seattle has amazing teriyaki. If you’ve been there you know. I’ve never been able to find anything like it outside of the Seattle area. Then I came here. It’s the closest thing to Seattle teriyaki that I’ve ever found outside of Seattle. I got the spicy chicken and gyoza. The food was delicious. My only complaint would be they don’t give you a lot of meat and they didn’t give a gyoza sauce to go with the gyoza. The service was fast and friendly. The decorations were fine. Prices were good (about 13 dollars for what I got no drink).“
“This place has amazing selection and great flavors and marinades. Tamir was the best server as he explained the process and some of his recommendations on cooking time and styles of meat to choose from.10/10 would come back hereDietary restrictions: All of their sauces are gluten free“
“The sashimi was delicious but the rest of the dishes that we ordered weren’t all that interesting or well executed.Lighting and aesthetic are well done however the restaurant as a whole simply feels like a place to see and be seen. Bumping house music on a Tuesday... personally not my vibe. For the price and atmosphere I would like a higher level of service and knowledge of the menu from my server. I am a big dessert person, but unfortunately none of the dessert options were all that intriguing and the one we had felt like a total afterthought.. it simply wasn't well done.Overall delicious sashimi, but I wouldn't rush back.“
“We enjoyed our lunch at Osaka Sushi, the quality food and ambiance was great. The staffs are helpful. They have a wide variety of sushi, rolls and all other Japanese foods. I would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian choicesDietary restrictions: Vegetarian menu availableParking: No problem finding a parking spot in the lotKid-friendliness: Definitely kids friendly and they have kids menu tooWheelchair accessibility: Easy accessibility for people on wheelchairs“
“Hidden at the back of the Sakura Square on 18th St. Reminds me of restaurants I grew on eating at back on Guam. The food was the closest to familiar flavors and comfort I've had since moving to CO. I brought my sister here while she was visiting and we both were happy with the nostalgia. We had the teriyaki chicken and chicken cutlet, both were better than the other Japanese restaurants I've been to here.“
“Sushi Hai has always been our go to for Sushi, it’s always the best quality, the sushi boats are always so well put together with flowers and lights it makes the dining out experience so special. Don’t miss out on the Monkey Brain app and the Surf & Turf roll, they are by far the best in Colorado.“
“Dewy was amazing. Knowledgeable, conversational and made the experience worthwhile. From the managers to staff everyone was attentive and we had a unique experience from the creative sushi to deserts. All made in house, fresh with a special touch we haven't see elsewhere. Highly recommend. Pricing is $$$ for this experience.“
