Using the app to place orders sucks and then the store can’t correct mistakes! We ordered lunch for delivery at my workplace and the app crashed, telling me an error had occurred and clearing my cart completely. I rebuilt the cart and placed the order successfully. The delivery came and was TWO orders plus we did get charged TWICE. The store could have called to ask if we intentionally placed the same order twice to avoid even making double, but they didn’t. When I called to ask if I could get refunded because we weren’t prepared to pay that much, I was first told that because it was a computer malfunction we would get refunded. The manager then called me back to say that the only way we could get refunded is if we BROUGHT IT BACK to the store. I said we’re in the middle of working so that wouldn’t be possible, but that was the only option they gave me. We all agreed that even if we physically could go take it back, we wouldn’t want to because then it would just get thrown away when we could give it to people who are hungry. I know it sounds like a large request to get refunded for a duplicate order when we did receive the food, but we would have appreciated any kind of partial refund or compensation. It’s very frustrating that the duplicate order was the fault of Panera’s garbage app and that the store cannot help me about it.

To test a good panera, you should see how much they separate the meat on your sandwich as it is a crucial step to making a Panera sandwich.This Panera, when I went, perfectly spread the meat portion for my Frontega sandwich, which exemplifies the care they put into each order. Phenomenal!

The food has never been a problem - the right amount, good presentation and appetizing. However, they do leave a lot to be desired in maneuvering with a wheelchair. Sometimes employees volunteer to assist with needs and at other times we're let to fend on our own. The doors are not exactly wheelchair accessible either so just getting in the restaurant is a chore unless another patron opens them. While employees at the ordering counter can see the entrance doors, they only come when they watch us struggle to get into the restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: It can be frustrating maneuvering in the restaurant to get to a table and the entrance doors aren't that accessible. I'm not sure they are even ADA legal because I haven't measured them.

Extremely unprofessional group tonight. When I first walked in, one of the employees flat out ignored me and went to have a conversation with her friends. It got to a point where the customer behind me went up to them in the pick up area because they were just trying to hide. Finally a different employee comes take my order, and I don’t go to Panera very often and had a simple question to get a “hold on” to have the leading supervisor fill in her spot because it was difficult for her to answer the question. He takes my order, and then I go to wait for my food to hear them gossiping about how dumb my question was and making fun of me. Finally they realize I’m right there and get real quite about it. They were also making fun of my order too. Definitely avoid this place.

I had both a extremely unpleasant experience, and a great one. I couldn't remember my sip club credentials and the girl working the register stared me down, and when I couldn't remember the phone number from back when I first got sip club I offered to provide info from my credit card statement were it comes out each month, but instead I was told that if i didn't know the attached phone number I couldn't get anything. On my own I found the number for customer service and got help from someone who was outstandingly friendly and good at their job and looked up the receipt from when my membership comes out each month to find my account, that interaction was beautiful and I was incredibly grateful for the help. But the girl at the counter who interacted with me was the opposite of friendly and treated me like a thief, instead of looking for solutions and trying to help she quickly went cold and basically told me I was on my own.

I don’t like giving these reviews but this is the 4th time they have either forgotten or messed something up. I love Panera but not this one.My Chipotle “chicken” sandwich had chicken on one side and beyond that, just looked gross.They also forgot the baguette. Last time they forgot the Mac and cheese, drove back multiple time’s.This time the manager was reasonable and refunded our order because they’re about to close. So 5 stars for her but 3 stars for the cook.Luckily

Oh my god I literally can't get over their customer service. I'm visiting from Europe and never tried this amazing place before. And can't get over this sandwich that Jett made and chad was just a light to my day. It was so full and juicy and delicious and just wow fabulous . Really filled my cravings. Jett described in full descriptions what was in this delicious sandwich, really made me comfortable and secure in this new environment . Definitely will be returning. 10/10.

Ordered a to-go order for 11:35am; got done with work unexpectedly 25 mins ahead of schedule so at 11:05am asked them if they could just make it now (at this time, there were only 2 other people in the restaurant). Joe at the counter appeared just absolutely flummoxed by this idea; I watched him walk back to the area w/ food prep & management, look at them briefly, sort of spin in circles, then come back and state that couldn’t happen. He didn’t even ask/request if this could be done lol. Also watched Joe lack ability to multi-task in any way shape or form so many people stood for awhile to get pick-up orders, which were just sitting then, until someone came to help. Our to-go order didn’t have silverware packet, as requested in online order. That being said, food was fresh but sparse servings for prices and bread:meat ratio.
