The food has never been a problem - the right amount, good presentation and appetizing. However, they do leave a lot to be desired in maneuvering with a wheelchair. Sometimes employees volunteer to assist with needs and at other times we're let to fend on our own. The doors are not exactly wheelchair accessible either so just getting in the restaurant is a chore unless another patron opens them. I had both a extremely unpleasant experience, and a great one. I couldn't remember my sip club credentials and the girl working the register stared me down, and when I couldn't remember the phone number from back when I first got sip club I offered to provide info from my credit card statement were it comes out each month, but instead I was told that if i didn't know the attached phone number I couldn't get anything.
