Drivers are imbeciles and can't follow simple directions. If you're going to charge throught the nose in delivery fees, then GET IT RIGHT!

I just want to say thank you to the manager Mike in Glenwood springs. This company is very lucky to have you on thier management team. Thank you for handling our situation in a perfessional and kind manner. The other managers were rude and refused to even listen. Thank you again Mike for your outstanding customer service. Would not allow us to order pick up or carry out, delivery only and when asked if I can just do the delivery to their parking lot and pick up my food she said “you’re gonna have to pay a delivery fee” terrible service.

I should give them minus 6 stars two hours wait pizza is cold and order is all wrong, call them and just advertising on the phone never pick up the phone

Generally, I haven’t had a problem here. Usually, it’s great. But I was hung up on by two employees tonight because when I ordered my food (medium pizza and an 8-piece hot wings) I didn’t receive the wings and didn’t realize it until I got home (again, normally have never had an issue so I trusted that my order was correct).The first employee informed me that they were out of bone in wings. I asked why I wasn’t told when I picked up my order and he said “I dunno.” I asked if I could get a refund and he said “I dunno. You’ll have to ask the manager when she gets in.” I asked if she’d call me back and he said “I dunno” then hung up on me.I called again and explained what happened to the woman who answered the phone (I’m assuming the manager but was never clarified) and she repeated what the first guy said but added that they were substituting wings for boneless wings. I received plain boneless wings so still not close to what I ordered. I asked for a refund for the wings and was told they couldn’t just refund the wings (would refund the whole order and recharge me for just the pizza). I told her that was fine but I guess I struck a nerve somehow because she screamed “FINE I GUESS ILL REFUND THE WHOLE ORDER AND YOU HAVE A GREAT FREAKING NIGHT”Then she hung up on me as well. (She did refund me which I do appreciate)My only issues originally were that I wasn’t told I was getting a cheaper substitution and I wanted a refund. I’ve never had an issue quite like this before. I don’t know if it was stress induced or what but it was a lot. I really hope the night gets easier for them but yeah. Be warned I guess

This staff works harder then I have ever seen. They were backed up and we were waiting in store and saw them doing their best to keep up with their orders. The manger was really encouraging the other staff and they were working past closing time to get food out for people. Even when things were hectic, they were all still very friendly to anyone who walked in. Whole staff deserves a raise.

Worst dominoes ever pizza came cold and stale. Now I'm trying to call for them to refund the order and they have the phone sitting on the counter. I hear people talking and no one is answering the phone. Order took over an hour to get to our house, and sat at the location for over 45 minutes. Never ordering from this dominoes again. Don't call they don't answer. Very rude people told us we are luck to get a cold pizza never ordering here again. Manager Jessica trains her employees just as well as she is very very rude individuals that have no proper training.
